  1. I was a paid / premium member in the 2009 - 2012 era, but have been inactive ever since. I know that the organization has changed substantially since then, but in the last year I have sought to become active again, and I have a number of questions. The internal message system does not allow me to send any messages. Work tickets I created were never responded to. Can someone in Administration please contact me in regard to these issues? Thanks.

    I apologize for addressing what is an ostensibly private issue here in the member's forum, but I can find no other alternative. Some years back, I purchased a membership and was just starting out when I had to fade away to take care of my mom. Now that I have the time, I recently returned here hoping to take up these pursuits again. When I signed in several months back, I of course found that much had changed. I had a number of questions regarding my membership, so I sent several support tickets and several messages since December  - and I have not received any replies. So, my question here is - what exactly do I need to do to get my questions answered? Thank-you for your time.
