Bet phoenix just went offline at play 44 while amidst of dealing cards. But this time there are still much cards in deck to deal. definitely able to deal more than 60 plays. so is this common or its just another ploy?

BPH is finally up around 2hrs on this post timing. played only 39 hands. had a joker card on play 37 and system shows to shuffle for the next 2 hands. ending the whole play at hand 39. there are not much cards left to deal either. My rough estimation is max 50hands in that shoe.
