  1. If you want to play 2Hi or even flat bet I would suggest RSAP:

(Keep a SAP count and bet the lowest count goes up and the highest count goes down,)

For instance. lets say your early SAP counts were 1,2,4,8.

You would want to bet ON 1's and against 4+s.

This means you would bet 1's stay 1 and 3s stay 3.

Which, in turn, means: you would bet an opposite after an opposite

as well as an opposite after a 3iar.

Do you guys see how I got those 2 bets?

You are going to get a LOT more bets than MDB+ offers.

because Opposites occur half the time and ST runs get to 3 a quarter of the time.

    So first, flat bet it.

But, if you are winning more than half your bets go to serarate progressions.

One progression bets 1's stay 1. (by betting an opposite will follow an opposite)

The OTHER progression bets 3s stay 3 (bet on Opposite after 3iar).

But recognize your winning bets change the SAP counts. So every time you win a bet SAP,

may very well change what you are betting on. That is as it should be.

Hi Davis, how do you determine when to use RSAP or SAP? Furthermore, is this covered in the Universal 2Hi Netbetting forum? I think this is mentioned that all MDB member have free access to the forum (maybe i am wrong)? I am a MDB member but i cannot have access to that forum.

  2. A little confused when you say this shoe was 44 hands, I count 69 hands, at any rate I quit this shoe at hand 68 with +10

Playing the way I play which is follow the shoe. What score did you get and how did you play it ? (what system)

Can you show me how you play this shoe and what betting progression and money management method are you using? i always use u1d2 which is scary sometimes as i need to utilise high bet on a single outcome.

  4. Yes, I think we should agree with Vic and boycot these machines at least for now. There is more going on with these machines than meets the eye. You would think such a machine would produce random cards but if they did, Basic Strategy alone would beat them. But it doesn't because the cards are still clumped. Clever bastards.

I have a member expert I can confer with who played these machines full time. He still plays full time but I don't know if he is still playing these machines. But we still won't know what effect Team Play would have on these machines. Maybe none? Maybe a lot? Or somewhere in the middle? These machines are very sophisticated. Until a team volunteers to play them (for low stakes at least at the start) and then reports back to us we need to take Vic's advice. It would be a very interesting experiment, either way. I never thought I'd ever hear myself saying this about anything to do with BJ but the fact is, I just don't know. But let's find out - carefully. I'm sure we will have more on this later.

Thank for the reply. Based on my observation, I have not seen a BJ table in any of the casinos in Macau and Singapore that does not equip with a shuffle machine unless somebody have different observation. Every round, the used card was put back into the machines. Does team play has anything to do with the randomness of the cards or does it need previous round in order to qualify for the game?

  5. Well. I thought it was a good question and one I have been pondering myself. I see no problem with regular BJ shuffle machines except that now you have two separate shoes so both need to be "prepped". But I'm not sure about continuous shufflers. Therefore I would avoid continuous shufflers for now. We may prove otherwise later. I'm sure we would have a big advantage with continuous shufflers but I don't yet know if it would be equal to regular shuffle machiners or hand shuffles.

Hi, I would like to know the difference between regular BJ Shuffle machines and continuous shuffle machines? In the casino in Singapore, the used cards was put back into the shuffle machine after every round of BJ, does it consider as a continuous shuffle machine?

  6. Yes , if I lose a 123 I'm down -6 for those 3 bets but not for the shoe because I wouldn't bet a 123 unless I'm up to begin with. So I'm down maybe -4 max. I can make that up by winning 4 first OR SECOND bets. I can make that up W/O having to win more bets that I lose like cor must do.

    Hi Ellis,

Can you explain on the above money management rule with regards to the below scenarios:

    1) If i am currently up +2 but lose the next two bets which make me down to -1, will you go for the 3rd unit bet, assuming betting progression 123 4?

    2) If i am never up (highest is 0 unit, meaning i lose 1 play and win one play in the beginning), will you continue the betting progression 123 4 or will you only use 12 betting progression?

    Regards

    Kelvin

  7. Hi all,

This is another few shoes which i need your opinions on it.

I start in play 10, with betting progression 123 and win 10 units on this shoe1, playing F mode3 but i feel that some improvement can be made on it whether there is a need to change system of play (from F to S40 etc).

    Shoe1:

    B1151212211111

P1121221213 (stop here where i win)

Sometimes the OR count of a shoe (see below shoe2) change from -ve to +ve. How do you handle such situation? Would you attempt to change the system of play?

The OR count went from -6 to +8.

    Shoe2:

    B513411221

    P2211211112213

    B31121112413

    B42

  8. I need help on the following shoes that i have lost during my trip to Macau yesterday. Please note that the shoe is not recorded till the end of the shoe; only to the point where i lost eight units.

I use OTB4L for both shoes. The betting progression is 123 and the starting mode is 2. i do not bet OTR until the mode is proven.

Please advise how would you play such shoes:

Shoe 1- Starting play is 7

    B12121531112

B21 (until this play, OR count is zero)

Shoe 2- Starting play is 9

    P2231121422

    B11142114131

B6211114(until this play, OR count is -5)
