  1. Adding a triple zero to a roulette wheel further increases the house edge. In a standard American roulette wheel, there are 38 pockets (numbers 1-36, plus 0 and 00). With a third green space (the triple zero), the wheel would have 39 pockets. To calculate the house edge for a triple zero roulette wheel, we can take the example of an even money bet, like betting on red or black. In this case, there are 18 ways to win (18 red numbers or 18 black numbers) and 21 ways to lose (18 numbers of the opposite color and the 3 green spaces: 0, 00, and the cruise line's logo). The probability of winning an even money bet on a triple zero wheel would be 18/39, while the probability of losing would be 21/39. The house edge can be calculated as: House edge = (Amount won by the casino - Amount won by the player) / Initial bet Since the player would either win 1 unit or lose 1 unit on an even money bet, we can calculate the house edge as follows: House edge = ((21/39 * 1) - (18/39 * 1)) / 1 = 3/39 ≈ 7.69% So, in the case of a triple zero roulette wheel, the house edge would be approximately 7.69%, significantly higher than both European roulette (2.7%) and American roulette (5.26%).

  7. I thought it would be nice to do one at the El Cortez they have a meeting room right off the casino floor I contacted them and see if they would entertain our club hosting there The issue is always the large capital outlay to host a meeting/seminar it runs about 3 -4k to break even to cover expenses and coordinate the speakers and their dates of arrival hotels etc. I'll see what the El Cortez says and see if they will do it if not I'll check the Artisan again. but they changed hands
  8. Welcome Back @edwardmckenna and @newbacplayergreat to see you here!!!
  9. Welcome aboard @TrunksPT If we can do anything for you let us know.
  10. Welcome back @donw was great to see you in Vegas and play together with @kachatz1 and @Railrabbit. We had a crazy time at Palace station with a mal function while playing with @donw They had a malfunction and they had to change the shoe and I had placed a $50 bet out and they refused to give me the bet back at first and said I had to leave it in play until they replaced the cards! The Casino Manager finally gave me back my bet. Oddly when they replaced the shoe they dealt 1 card and forgot to remove the bet from the kiosk. The bet won so they paid me twice eventually, but @kachatz1 made me buy breakfast then hahaha! Also joining us @Le Chiffre @Ghost @Alexoraa10 and @Christopher welcome if we can do anything for you please let us know. My Suggestion is you start with the Consummate Baccarat Approach 4 videos to get your head around our terminology and then move to the 10 Best Bets videos. Please don't hesitate to start a thread, ask questions and post your experiences.
  11. Do you have a picture of the shoe would be a lot easier to see how things went? Also a few of us will be in Vegas this week if you happen to be in town. On a choppy 1iar shoe, saw that after every player natural 9, it jumped over to bank, placed a very large bet, and natural 9 repeated ( lost the bet) What does a choppy shoe look like to you ? When you say choppy shoe bias did you base it on the natural behaviors as you mentioned. An OTB4l Shoe can be choppy also? What was the OR Count. How many 1 in a rows were there before you bet. You have to to give us more information. My feeling is you are thinking that because you see one indicator you think you should win the bet, it is a tendency. If you bet 100 hands where you gain a 5% advantage you will win 5 more hands than you lost. that means out of 100 hands you win 55 and lose 45 approximately. Less the vig thats up about $500 if you bet $100 Chips. Try to consider more variables. Keep records of your play and take a snap shot of the shoe at least write down your bets and share. Statistics work if you track them look at the app reviews that tracks many statistics Guy wins every game he plays with the app and gives it 4 starts typical Italian @wolfat hahahha!!!
