  1. That Wayne he is a pro player in AC and turned Ron and Me on to the Hilton Bac room.
  2. Was playing this at the Hilton ( Old Gold Nugget) in AC with Ron D and Wayne the other week. They have their BAC room up the escalator on the second Floor. It's real nice. The game minimum is mostly $25. They don't have the display boards. Ron has been working on this system. We will post some shoes. Won like 35 units. Start with any side. Bet 1 - 2 - 3 up as you lose. Win the 3 next bet is 1, Win the 1 next bet is 1. Lose the 3 Skip and change sides on next bet with a 1. ( That means when you lose three in a row you skip and change sides after 4.) Bet 5 times on the side you start on unless you lose three in a row. If you lose the three skip and start betting 5 times on the opposite side. If you win 5 in a row bet OTR until you lose:cool:
  3. Is Baccarat Random? Ask BeatTheCasino.com and E. Clifton Davis I think there is one thing we can all agree on: If we knew for a fact that the cards are not random we could be taught how to use that information to beat this game. So the 64 million dollar question is: ARE THE CARDS RANDOM? I know that most players trying to learn this game on their own will give up long before proving the question one way or the other. They will merely arrive at an answer that suits their own satisfaction. There is also a popular math misconception that distorts the whole picture. This misconception is that ANYTHING can happen within the realm of infinite random occurrence. Armed with this misconception, random proponents can claim that everything that happens in a shoe of cards is within the realm of random. But this notion defies common sense when you view it from the perspective of frequency of occurrence. The frequency of occurrence side of random mathematics allows that the same thing cannot keep happening within the realm of random occurrence. When it does, the events are no longer random. They are structured. If they are structured, they are predictable. Let’s look at a simple example. Suppose you are in a coin toss and the quarter actually lands and stays on its edge on the table top. So you say wow, that's interesting - retoss it. Suppose it lands on edge AGAIN? You KNOW something sinister is up, don't you. Yet the random occurrence protagonist says "that’s normal - its within the realm of random occurrence". And he's right, at least to a degree, isn't he. BUT, the transaction DEFIED the frequency of occurrence side of random activity law. And you know that intuitively W/O checking any math laws, don't you. Now, with that in mind, let’s take a look at BJ, 8 deck BJ to remain compatible. Exactly the same hand shuffles and the same shuffle machines are used in the same way to prepare the cards in Baccarat. The question can be refined down to this: Does the shuffle procedure employed transform the cards into a random condition??? Scientists have demonstrated that it takes 25 shuffles to transform a SINGLE deck of cards into a PURELY random condition. Therefore 8 decks requires 25 to the 8th power to shuffle to a random condition. Computer scientists argue with that number saying that it only takes 7 shuffles to attain a reasonably random condition - whatever THAT means. OK fine, now we are down to 7 to the 8th power. BTW, 7 to the second power is 49. The 8th power won't fit on my calculator. And how many times is each card ACTUALLY shuffled? Well the casino control boards, who are paid by the casinos incidentally, recently changed the rules from 3 shuffles to 2 shuffles. So are the cards you play random? Hell no, not even close. If they were the casino would not be standing there. It would have gone broke a long time ago. Look, there is ONE thing that ALL mathematicians and all gamblers in the know agree on. James O Thorp's Basic Strategy beats random cards hands down in BJ. The casino will give you a basic strategy card if you ask for it. They sell Basic Strategy books in the casino gift shops. Why? Do casinos actually help players? Don't be naive. The casinos KNOW the cards aren't random because they painstakingly made them non random. They aren't stupid. They aren't in the business to go broke. Basic Strategy cannot beat non random cards. And the more perfectly you play it the more perfectly you will lose. Watch any BJ game in any casino. You'll soon see exactly what I mean for yourself. And remember, your Baccarat cards were shuffled exactly the same way. Any questions? So what do you do about it? Well, that's what I teach. And I'm the ONLY one. :beerchug:

  6. It has long been known and, in fact, both sides fully agree, that high cards favor the player and low cards favor the dealer. When there is an abundance of low cards in the cards being dealt the game strongly favors the dealer for two reasons: Low cards present the players with a higher incidence of stiff hands (12 through 16). These are the worst hands a player can receive. There is no way to add up a series of low cards (2 through 6) and avoid getting a stiff hand. At the same time, low cards drastically reduce dealer breaks. There is no way the dealer can break on low cards with the single exception - she could arrive at 16 and draw a 6. On the other hand, high cards SLIGHTLY favor the player. When there is an abundance of high cards being dealt, the incidence of receiving pat hands (17 through 21) improves EQUALLY for the dealer and the player. However, by the rules of the game, the dealer must hit all of her stiff hands. The greater the abundance of high cards the more likely the dealer will break when she does receive a stiff. But the player, by the rules, always has the option of hitting or standing. Therefore, we can say that high cards tend to increase dealer breaks even though they also increase dealer pat hands. In addition, high cards increase the incidence of blackjacks (A,10) EQUALLY for dealer and player alike. But a BJ affords greater advantage to the player than to the dealer because of the 50% payout premium given to the player receiving a BJ. This is not as large a player advantage as it might seem, however. Recognize that BJs only occur about once in 21 hands. An abundance of high cards increase the dealer's chance of receiving BJ just as much as the player's. When the dealer receives BJ, she not only pushes (ties) any player BJs, she cannot be beat by any player no matter what his hand. Another player advantage of an abundance of high cards is that they improve the players chances when he doubles down on 9, 10, and 11, even though they tend to reduce these double down opportunities. (Please allow me to note, here, that I refer to dealers as "she" and players as "he" strictly for writer's convenience and no other reason.) THE BIG QUESTION: Now that we have identified the nature and the basis of player advantage as high cards, we can pose the big question. Which approach predicts high card fall better, Clumping or Counting? I think we can all agree (if that is ever possible) that the approach that fulfills that duty best is the best overall approach to the shoe game. One last thing, let's define Player Advantage, here, as money won divided by money risked, the same as we would define ROI or Return on Investment. After all, that is the goal of both sides- to win money! Which approach does this better in the shoe game?
  7. Baccarat is not about individual systems. It’s not about high bets. It's not about fancy progressions. It's not about the other players. Baccarat is about knowing exactly what you are doing. The key to Baccarat, the best kept secret is Disparity! Disparity totally controls your hands won rate But you must look at Disparity 6 different ways: First there are three bases of disparity: There's Bank vs Player There's Opposites vs Repeats There's TB4L vs OTB4L Each of the three bases has three possibilities: High Disparity, low disparity, Neither You ignore the neithers You want to identify The STRONGEST disparity of the six Its either strongest because its the highest or because its the lowest Either way, you can beat it once identified Net betting beats low disparity Single side betting beats high disparity You need to know Six systems, one to match each of the six disparities If you are careful to pick the strongest, it seldom changes within a shoe. In fact, it only changes for that shoe color when the shuffle is changed or the machine settings are changed. In fact the strongest disparity often lasts throughout the entire shift. Example: Vegas, Gold Coast, Feb. Group trip, First game. Six of us walked from the restaurant to the Bac pit. The first tote board we saw demonstrated very strong TB4L disparity. TB4L plays outnumbered OTB4L plays ten to 1. I KNEW we were going to win before we sat down. Net betting would be disastrous in that situation. The system to play is TB4L single side betting. That's what we played!. We won 18 out of 20 hands, $400 each in ten minutes. That’s how you play World Class Baccarat! That's what I teach on the private forum. That’s how my players win all their trips. When I play alone I simply look for the strongest Disparity in the casino and play the right system at that table. I've been winning that way for 25 years. Anyone with average intelligence can do the same. Its about hands won ratio. You don't need to bet more than 2 units. You can often get away with flat betting 1 unit as we did in Vegas in that first game above. Isn’t that a whole lot more sensible than those wild progressive systems they sell on the internet that never work? Now, I don’t expect you to understand much of what I’ve said above. What I’m describing to you is a World Class Player. I’m just giving you a glimpse of where you could be, where our students end up. We are the best players in the world. We are also the most sensible. The two go hand in hand. Come and join us. You’ll be glad you did! We have a private membership special offer at a 90% discount. Beatthecasino.com Where The Pros Are
  8. Never insure, Right?WRONG! Please allow me to give you one BJ tip as a small sample of the many great playing tips you will learn in NBJ / WCB. Here’s a tip you can use to improve your play TONIGHT! First I’ll give you an idea of how strong this tip is. I was once ejected from the Claridge, Atlantic City, for getting every single insurance bet right for 5 hours straight. Actually it was more like 6 hours but the Pit Boss didn’t start keeping track until the dealer complained after the first hour. The pit boss declared that he didn’t know how I was cheating but it was impossible to do that W/O cheating. So I got tossed. Big deal! I was getting hungry anyway. So, did I cheat? Nope! it just seemed like it. And, there was a little luck involved too. But not much. And I’ve done it many times before that and after that. So, How’d he do dat? Whenever the dealer had an Ace up and the third base player’s 2nd card was a ten or face I insured. Whenever it wasn’t, I didn’t. Simple as that. Come on Ellis how could that possibly work???!!! Ha, I assure you that it works just fine. Here’s why! Insurance has nothing to do with your hand. You aren’t actually insuring anything. It’s purely a 2 to 1 side bet. Does the dealer have a ten down or not? The odds should be 4 out of 13 but they aren’t! This is due to the way the cards are picked up. Exhaustive computer simulation involving mega millions of hands clearly demonstrates that in BJ tens follow tens 53% of the time on avg. The third base players 2nd card is always the card preceding the dealer hole card. If it’s a ten the dealer has a 53% chance of having BJ and the bet pays 2 to 1. It is by far the best bet in the whole casino! Always was, always will be! 53% doesn’t sound like much does it. But consider that tens should follow tens 4 out of 13 times or 31%. So your odds should be 31% but they aren’t. They are 53% on average and the more the cards are clumped the greater your odds and the cards are always clumped. And remember, the bet pays 2 to 1. Don’t argue, try it and you’ll soon see! All those books that tell you never insure - throw them out, they are pure junk. Advance to NBJ/WCB. You’ll be glad you did. I’ve got hundreds of playing tips just like that one. You’ll see! Join us in the private Blackjack forum at BeatTheCasino.com and learn hundreds more professional tricks of the trade. In addition, did I mention you can download the first 4 chapters of New Blackjack FREE. It's jammed packed with more Blackjack dynamite.

  16. Night Shifter third base isa great clump game. You can see all the card flow up to your hit card. In addition because you are at thrid base your hands tends to be most like the dealers in which case you may pick up the dealer strategy bias that develops. If you want to pull the bias to you, play dealer startegy at third and ( surprisingly to some) you will break about even Now the real trick is to play minimum bets at thirdbase and control the dealers hit card and place the real money bets at the position in front of thirdbase. Get ready though for some real heat .....Oh my world class secrets.

  18. Uston specifically wrote in his newsletters (which of course the card counting party never quote even though he is the greatest card counter of all time) and actually won, I see remnants of the box card order in the cards in the morning, if you play into these conditions it beats basic strategy. I don't know why the casino control comission allows this to continue. I PARAPHARSED BUT YOU CAN READ IT WORD FOR WORD IN HIS OLD NEWSLETTER. Here is the King of card counting saying clumping exists and it beats him. You can alway tell real players they tell the truth. When Suzanne was playing in MS and by the way we will be there in JUly again, they changed the decks of cards everytime she satrted to win. If the cards are random whats the difference? A real player answer you above the cards aren't beat by basic strategy. They lose too many hands. NBJ is just that how to win more hands by altering your card play. When to bet the most money. Card counters don't realize that we are doing the same thing only our way is better. Bet the most money when the dealer has the greatest chance to break. PLay your hands the optimal way. We just realize and ADMIT that when the cards are in a non random condition we play better cards or better said we will win more hands in those situations.
  19. Bud, I logged in under your user name to the private forums.. no problems at all logging in. If you'd like, we could always assign you a new user name and password if you believe that is the problem. As for you seeing an "admin message" that does not allow your posts: rest assured this is NOT coming from me. It is from the program I use to run the bulletin board. I have occasionally gotten the same message myself. I have NEVER restricted posting access to private members nor have private members ever been denied access to private forums.

The thread you last visited has been moved to the private forum due to requests from other private members who felt that it was too much info on the public forum as far as being able to glean "strategy", etc. As I said, your access has been tested by me and is fine. Please let me know if you have any problems, as the next step would be troubleshooting your computer or browser. Regards, KS

  20. It's the perfect example of the third base players hand being most like the dealers hand, and the person in front of the dealer taking the low cards away and bringing your hands won rate up. When you hit in a low card clump you split hands in that situation 50%/50% up from 0%/100% if your hands are alike, but when you ate the last low card, and the clump ended, you fed them a card that broke them. This is the great thing about our third base strategy and turning their tactics against them. I would have loved to play a first base strategy at the table off the last ten based off these results. Nice playing. You again proved the only thing that "counts" is winning not making the "correct" play. :alcoholic:
