  1. You may want to check with brad01. We talked about a rolling count of the last 8 events with a possible +2/-2 range for netbet and using a Nor system for a count outside +2/-2... i don't know if he tried it. So far i have been using +4/-4 for the entire shoe. i can usually hit my goal in 20-45 hands. Resetting the count or keeping a rolling count...see what works for you
  2. Keith, are you saying Ellis is no longer a part of BTC? If so than WHY? Please explain somewhere in the forum including the public forum.
  3. Mtman, Actually I have been doing some netbetting up at Four Winds of late with good success I hope to get over to Horseshoe tonight or tomorrow.
  4. Brad, Its difficult having a drop dead range for "in the box netbetting" I usually go with a +4/-4 range. But even this has weaknesses depending on the swing. You may want to try a +2/-2 range with a rolling count of the last eight results.. Just a thought
  5. So you are only betting a confirmed 3 ZZ run as long as its beginning is not part of any 2+ (iar)? Is that right? So a confirmed 3 ZZ for you may actually be a 4 ZZ. I think I get it now.
  6. Ellis, You may want to look at not going to 0 after a winning 4 all the time. You may want to use the OTBL/TBL count to determine if that is a weak 4. If the count is in "jail" its okay to go to the 2 after a winning 4. Something to consider. Or use the count to determine the length of the progression.
  7. The corrected card is good. Im more interested in the U1Hi part of this. Ellis are you planning on just flat betting 1 unit on the higher of the net bet result from the same 234 progression? It must be something else...I know how much you hate flat betting
  8. Maybe the +5 version of the 2hi, that Ellis mentioned for this shoe would be better for conservative betters. I figured that after the practice shoe the win/loss would have to change. Anytime you can hit+30 in the third column...your +5/-5 goal has left the building. I hope the testers are working it out.
  9. i think if you are talking about the straight run at the top of the 3rd column, that it comes after a 4loss, not a 4 win...so normal streak rule applies there. Starting with the same beginning of this shoe I believe that a BPBBPPPPP gets you to a -10. Please check that. Also, i believe you might have to be wrong footed going into it for it to happen. It looks like a ZZ into a 5 straight is a weakness also. Im sure some of the math geeks can calculate the frequency
  10. winning 35 out of 55 actual decisions is a darn good start
  11. I think the whole point is to keep it 2hi. I remember Ellis saying he was working on what could be several variations. It would be alright by me to have a conservative version and a more aggressive version. Plenty of ways to skin that cat. Members can pick a version that suits their playing style. It's not going to win every event/shoe. I just hope he's still working on it and has some help. Plenty of volunteers here at BTC
  12. You may want to look at joining a NOR bootcamp session to refresh and learn whats changed since you left.
  13. Ellis, Would it be simpler to drop the losing side instead of switching? and then return to net-betting after a win? with a 1 under the circle and a 2 on the other side? just spitballing
  14. hey guys, Im headed to ameristar as we speak. it will be first time I played Bacc there. we should all do a meet sometime
  15. Good or bad, thats what the forum is about. Im sure the boys will analyze and come up with adjustments. It will be interesting to see what event they lost their progression. 2s,3s,4s?
