  1. So you dodge it. Don't fart around with 3s when they are high - too dangerous! Instead, simply slip into BaOTB4L which automatically beats all 3s with its primary 1,2 prog. End of problem. You headed it off. See that? You "dodged" it! Ellis, I thought that the primary progression for all 3 +5 MDB systems was 10-123. But here you suggest using a primary progression of 1,2 for BaOTB4L? Im confussed??
  2. Ellis, I play SD40M3 with a progression of 1,2,3. I have been wondering for a long time if I should be playing the progression of U1D2 instead?? If so, could you please send me one short shoe showing this played out? How would I bet during the mode 3 and then OTR for the usual 1 bet required in that mode?? I feel like I am leaving a lot of money on the table during high CHOP situations that I could be taking advantage of with U1D2??
  3. Hello and welcome! Im new too, joined 3 months ago. My advice to you is to practice for FREE with fake money on a website called "Black Orchid Casino". The game is dealt live. Also, print off Norm's 60 shoes from inside the forum. It is burried somewhere. Just enter his name and find the thread. Practice until you can do the 3 NOR systems in your sleep. Do not be real money in a casino yet. I am sure that your visit to the casino was very stressful. And it shouldnt be. You should be placing your bets with confidence, not confussion or worry. And you clearly not there yet. Get your mode questions answered by the vetrans. They know this stuff like the back of thier hands. The forum recently started a new concept called "Million Dollar Baccarat". I joined this forum. It teaches a purely mechanical betting system to deal with the unbiased shoes just like the ones you lost your shirt to. It is easier to learn than NOR and the modes. You will love it. My advice to you is to give it a try. I wish you much luck in your baccarat journey.
  4. Ellis, I am self employed. I sell a GPS trailer tracking software and tracking device solution to trucking companies all over North America. Our software can be read in English, Spanish or French at the click of your mouse. This helps us sell to different markets and does not exclude us. How many Asian members do we have? Why don't we have more? Perhaps we need to cater to the Asian market in thier language because they are the majority of the market? Sales is all about the numbers. Target the majority.
  5. Thank you for the observation. Can you explain to me what the difference is between BaS40 and what DJ used on the shoe of S40M3? What mode did you use with your BaS40? Im still studying NOR.
  6. Ellis, you should be proud. Your teachings are simplistic and solid at thier core. They work.
  7. Hi Keith, I just signed up for Ellis' MDB forum via Paypal. Can you please check your account to confirm payment and grant me access to the forum. Thank you.
  8. Hi Ellis, I bought my NOR training manual 2 months ago. The instructions in that manual do not mention any of what you just stated above. The manual teaches a progression of 1,2,3. It does not mention a 0 bet for OTR, it says to bet 1 unit OTR and sometimes a second 1 unit bet OTR. So now I am just confused?? Can you please post just one shoe showing each of the 3 NOR systems encompassing the OTR bets of 0 and showing the idea of a secondary progression as you have just mentioned. This is also not in the manual. It sounds like the manual I just bought is a little outdated and that you have advanced in your development of the systems. Perhpas it is time to either update the manual or send an ademdum of the updates on one page with the sale of the manual so the new commers can be up to date on what the new teachings are?? I have learned a lot of invaluable information from the manual and I see the value in it. I hope you can understand my posission and the confussion as someone who has never studied NOR before. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I continue to be greatful and learn from every post you make. Be well.
  9. Congrats Mike! Good for you. Which systems and progressions do you use? Do you have a favorite system and therefore seek out that type of shoe? Best of luck as you move up in the progression.
  10. Can anyone explain to me what a "progression within a progression means" in terms of the 10123 progression??
  11. Ellis, my boyfriend Dr.Ken said to tell you that if you send us very clear simple instructions about how to play the new system, HE will draw up the flow chart for you and post it if you would like.
  12. Ellis, could you possibly draw up a simple flow chart similar in design to the one I have attached? This would be SO helpful for all us simpltons to learn the new system. Thank you. NOR Flow Chart.PDF
  13. No, he does not. After loosing a progression, he switches sides for 1 bet and stays on that side unitl he looses. If he should win his progression M3 bet, he remains on that side until he looses. It is a hybrid of SD40M3 and FSS. He is playing chop unitl it turns into a streak and just follows the streak until it ends then resumes SD40M3. It is working for him just fine thus far in his Millionaire in a Month quest. Do you happen to know what system Norm played before he passesd away?
  14. Thank you for your kind response. 1) yes, the 2 shoes were played on different tables. 2) no, I selected M3 based on the advice from one of our forum members who plays SD40M3 all the time. I did not use the OR count to select the mode. 3) I replayed both shoes using OTB4L entering the shoe at the same place that I entered the shoe using SD40M3. The results are that the first shoe would have yeilded a result of +2 units and the second shoe would have yeilded results of +1 units. 4) Yes, I should have recorded the next few plays after I stopped playing to see if I should have played on, I shall do that in the future. I think my mistake was that I was searching for a SD40M3 shoe and I did not see enough of a history of that bias before I entered. It was only 4 or 5 plays that showed SD40M3 and perhaps 4 or 5 plays is not a true bias? Perhaps I should look for 12 to 15 to 20 plays to show me a true bias? Not sure??
  15. Thank you for your comments. Very helpful. I am back to studying my manual. What is the 4D system?
  16. I have attached my 2 loosing shoes from today's attempt at the $50 level on my Millionaire in a Month quest. Please take a look and tell me everything that I did wrong and how you would have played these 2 shoes. I am eager to learn, so, let it rip!!
  17. I made a mistake on play 20. You are right, that should have been a Bankers bet. Good for you that you have obviously learned enough to spot mistakes! See, your on your way!$$$
  18. Welcome VeeMan! I too am new to NOR. I have attached the shoe you posted played with sytem 40 mode 3 in a 1,2,3 progression. This is the only system I am comfortable enough to play thus far. Many members here on the forum have been kind enough to help me learn when I started last month so this is my attempt to "Pay it Forward" by attempting to help you. Keep in mind that I am new, so refer to you manual to ensure I am giving you the proper advice. One of the instructors here on the forum advised me to focus on trying to master system 40. To play it out using both mode 2 and mode 3 for an increasing OR count and system 40 mode 1 on a declining OR count shoe. I use an online casino website to practice on that has a live dealer, you can play for FREE with fake play money to practice; "black orchid casino". Leave the table after +5 units is by far the BEST advice I have had thus far. Good luck!!
  19. I played 5 shoes tonight between 7and 10pm at Casino Niagara. I spent much more time patiently waiting for a CHOP shoe to present itself than I did actually playing baccarat. I wanted to complete Level 1 of our Millionaire in a Month Plan. I now have the bankroll to move onto Level 2! Yay! I only play SD40M3 shoes as this is the only system I am comfortable with after just one month of NOR training.
