is it possible to keep the 1s,2s, 3s and make longer trends(4 or 5+) the bad guy? Since they show up less often than the others?

I'm thinking about playing on betphoenix for the first time. Is there anyone that plays betphoenix regularly that knows the game trend times, if any? for example, streaky at night, choppy in the morn etc. Another question, whats the best way to play with a bank roll of $100-200? Or rather, what would anyone suggest?
