  1. Why is that, I thought the free forum section work as a hint or question board to ensure members who consider joining the forum to make the final step/decision. Cheers
  2. Supersonics how come you did not continue to be a Premium Member? Cheers
  3. Well OZ i can state with out personal attacks that i don't agree. And yes you are right that everyone does not have 30K or more in income playing the game with even larger bankroll. I don't trolling any forum, i have good reputation. And i don't have to hide or lie about being a small budget player with 5K bankroll, no shame in that. Most players don't even have a bankroll and take part of there salary to play during weekends. Cheers
  4. You can use random org - is same as any random result with 50/50 distribution - if you beat random org you beat any existing baccarat shoe and is free - you can download 100.000 trails each day - plenty to get you started - Cheers
  5. Yes you right i Will try to explain ... did try that before at it took three pages. ..
  6. I got this results using a mechanical system - afters some insight from a member on this forum board - i notice that one side not only is one strong side as it also is with competition with the other side where two random sequence is not alike and you can take advantage out of that - is like the variance goes into different directions and sometimes find harmoni and sometimes chaotic ... One thing that i implement is that singles versus series has the same probability as singles series versus series of series, so you are not only face 1000 singles you also have 1000 single series wish make a difference overall ... Here is a short sample flat betting. Win target +3 units and push for more, if it fails you stop at +2 units. Loss limit -4 units. If i reach -3 units then back to winning i stop at even. 1. +9 2. +6 3. +3 4. +5 5. +2 6. -4 7. +5 8. -0.5 9. +5 10. +2 +37 -4.5 1. +2 2. -4 3. +1.5 4. +2.5 5. +9 6. +2.5 7. +3 8. +2 9. -4 10. +2 +24.5 -8
  7. I have a printer to my computer at home and wanted to ask what kind of Thickness of paper you use to score card? I reckon when you print out picture and special paper you get some harder degree of paper or thickness that i reckon would be same for score card. Photo paper for you printer has 200 g/m² in weight ( i think that reads 200 gram thickness and weight for each papper for A4 size) Do you use matte of glossy paper. Hope you understand my question as i did take help from google translate to explain this issue. I have been using pen and paper book in the past tracking results, but now it gets more complex tracking several different events independently, so i need to write out does complex tracking charts and tackle my charting in a new way as i learn and develop my play along with material at this site. Cheers
  8. I made the loses small and around -4 -3 -2 -1 +0 based upon the new tweak and +3 or more or stop at +2. After 50 samples i made +35 units and lose -10 units. And add the new betting march that he not mention in the book, what a error (LOL) ... 1. +2 2. +2 3. +4 4. -3 5. +2 6. +5 7. -4 8. +2 9. +6 10. -4 +23 -11 = +12 1. -4 2. +4 3. +7 4. +4 5. +2 6. -2 7. +2 8. +3 9. -4 10. +2 +24 -10 = +14 1. +3 2. +2 3. +3 4. -4 5. +2 6. +0 7. -4 8. +2 9. +4 10. -4 +16 -12 = +3 1. -4 2. +2 3. -3 4. +5 5. +4 6. +4 7. -4 8. +2 9. +2 10. -2 +19 -13 = +6 1. -4 2. +2 3. +2 4. -4 5. -4 6. +2 7. +2 8. +2 9. -4 10. -4 +10 -20 = -10
  9. I talk to the Author today and he mention step by step how to place the bets and he was missing one part of it in hes book. This means the testing is wrong and i have to do it all over again with the new information. Getting back with new results. Cheers
  10. It does not matter how you try to improve a losing strategy, in the end it does not make any difference. I run another 40 samples with additional improvement, but nothing change to the better. First 50 samples +24, second 50 samples -2 and another 40 samples end with -1. The author talking about mechanical trigger and comparing the playing style towards day-trading. I will write a negative verdict at Amazon making negative review of hes book. Cheers
  11. The other member who made the test with +44 units was saying the following: I would have to say that making the change to "leaving at neutral or slightly down" anytime past about mid-shoe made a difference. Now i can see that if you not reach the win target and not break even at mid-shoe he did not continue until you break even or hit loss limit and stop before that with any unit value close to zero. That would make the loses less overall. So i will test that way. Also this time i will push for more when i reach +3 or stop at +2. I will make another 100 samples. This made me think about what OZ wrote: try to catch the sweet spot or end with small profit or break even, very similar towards this subject and i reckon it could change things to the better side of things.
  12. As we deal with 50/50 - then i assume it should perform with RNG - to speed up things i use my Roulette Software using Red & Black. Here is the results for 100 samples with 100 random bits each using La Partage Rule. First 50 samples end up with +24 units and the other 50 samples end up with -2 units. So i would say that the author of the book is not telling the truth about hes method. 100 sessions flat betting is significant to get a hint about a method and how it perform. When i test i want to end up with a small profit each week of play or seven days and this method does not cut it. So i don't understand how the other member could end up with +44 units using 50 shoes. I will write him and check that we have done the testing in the same way. 1. +0 2. +2.5 3. +3 4. +2.5 5. -6 6. +0 7. +3 8. -0.5 9. +2.5 10. +3 +16.5 -6 TOTAL +10.5 1. -5.5 2. -6 3. -0.5 4. +0 5. +2.5 6. -5.5 7. +0 8. +3 9. +3 10. +3 +11.5 -17.5 TOTAL -6 1. +3 2. +2.5 3. -5.5 4. +3 5. +3 6. +3 7. +3 8. +3 9. +0 10. +3 +23.5 -5.5 TOTAL +28 1. +3 2. -6.5 3. +0 4. +3 5. -6 6. -6 7. +0 8. +2.5 9. +3 10. +2.5 +14 -18.5 TOTAL -4.5 1. +3 2. +0 3. +3 4. +2.5 5. +0 6. +3 7. +3 8. -6 9. +3 10. -5.5 +17.5 -11.5 TOTAL +6 11 BREAK EVEN 31 WON 8 LOSS +83 UNITS -59 UNITS +24 TOTAL 1. +2.5 2. -6 3. +0 4. +0 5. +1.5 6. +0.5 7. -0.5 8. -0.5 9. +0 10. +0 +4.5 -7 TOTAL -2.5 1. +2.5 2. +2.5 3. +3 4. +3 5. +2 6. -6 7. +3 8. +3 9. -6 10. +3 +20 -12 TOTAL +8 1. +2.5 2. +0 3. +3 4. +2.5 5. +3 6. +3 7. +3 8. +3 9. -6 10. +0 +20 -6 TOTAL +12 1. -5.5 2. -6 3. -5.5 4. +2 5. -5.5 6. +0 7. +3 8. +0 9. +3 10. +3 +11 -22.5 TOTAL -11.5 1. +3 2. -6 3. -5.5 4. +3 5. +3 6. +0 7. +0 8. -6 9. -6 10. +2 +11 -23.5 TOTAL -12.5 13 BREAK EVEN 25 WON 12 LOSS +68 UNITS -70 UNITS -2 UNITS
  13. A simple test of a baccarat system for sale on Amazon. I run 50 samples with 100 random bits. Flat betting. Win target +3 units and loss limit -6 units. If you reach half the way of the 100 random bits and you not have reach you win target, then you aim to break even or hit loss limit. One more additional rule that i did not apply was to push for more when you reach +3 units and if you fail stay at +2 units. One other member did some hand testing with real baccarat results and end up with +44 units after 50 shoes (Flat betting). My result was +24 units ( but i did not apply the rule to push for more or stay at +2 units ). This system is following the shoe and are similar towards S40. My opinion is that the selection method is to simple to work, but still i can not say the results are bad so that is a reason why i will continue to test the method. I was thinking to use Stats For Profits and test 100 shoes. I reckon that should give a hint if there is something to it or just variance. Cheers
  14. This is the reply i got when i ask why the shuffle is not part of your average RNG: You are correct, there is no Random Number Generator that selects the cards to be dealt. The card numbers are kept in a text file just as though they were stacked on the table. When the game starts The program reads the values of the cards into memory. Now the deck is in memory. I have created code that will physically shuffle those cards per the user’s definition (any casino shuffle definition). Two default shuffles come with the software. You can define and save as many shuffles as you wish and play against any of them. As long as the program has been on the market no one has been able to duplicate this process, it took me over A year to develop the code. To help you understand a little more about how the system works I’ve copied a section from the onboard help system. I hope this helps you understand how it works. Understanding the playing deck There is a file on your hard disk that contains all of the numbers of the cards. There are eight files, 1 has 52 cards another has 104 (for 2 decks) another has 3 decks etc. up to 8 decks. When you start a new game the program opens one of these files and reads the contents into memory. For as long as you play the current session, they are kept in memory. When they are shuffled, they are shuffled in memory. The cards in the file on your hard disk are still in their original order. This is important to understand. This is how you use this feature. . For example: you set your players to play a certain logic and after viewing the Analysis screen you want to tweak it up a little and play again using the same sequence of cards to test your modifications. Or maybe you want to use the same deck of cards at a different casino to see what effect the shuffle has on the outcome.. This is where the Scramble feature comes in. Maybe you don't want to continue where you left off. By selecting to Scramble the deck, the program will do a wash on the cards after they are read into memory and start you off with a completely fresh sequence.. This is helpful when you modify your player logic and test it against the exact same sequence to see if it produced a greater profit. And it did. So, do it again but, Scramble the cards to see if it produces a profit against a different sequence of cards. Scrambling the cards does not affect the cards stored on the disk, just the cards in memory.
  15. BigChips i understand where you coming from and i believe that is very common situation. I read different topics from three different professional players that live the life as gamblers. What i learn is that there is not one and same solution for all three, they have different style of tackle the game. So don't swallowing everything you read and keep in mind that you need to solve things into your own comfort zone. Cheers
  16. Brad01 i understand that OZ is a full time professional. But my point is exactly that for does who looking to become professionals, as you say above. Now it does not help to read about a day study the game wish not help and worst call it hard work. Everyone who has not reach the same level as OZ already do there daily study of the game and some times dream about the game and have constant thinking process. Name it hard work when it is daily routine make it wrong and has very little to do what it takes to become a professional. It is common sense that everyone want to reach higher level of understanding and skills, so i can state all players do hard work to reach higher level or they will not make it, my opinion. Lets do a reality check, most members at all gambling forum boards play during weekends and use money from there salary and dream about being professionals. But no one come up with realistic solution to make it happen. First they need to win or save money to a decent bankroll, then in real life they have to decide how to test there human mentality towards psychological pressure and different stress factors that they will be victim for when they try to live on gambling money with out a real salary as employee. There is no comfort zone. Now everyone will not have unlimited funds as OZ has and need to make a plan how to deal with pension and health insurance among other things, need to explore the government option to make life more easy as professional gambler, at least at the beginning of the career. So yes i put my respond into a different perspective with this topic, because i did not agree with OZ way to describe hard work and think members need a reality check. It is easy to state that the life as professional become fiction without some real perspective on tings that matters. What matters is not how you study the game in the kitchen, what matters is how you tackle the way to become professional and find real life solutions. Cheers
  17. Well i just want to put things into perspective and there is clever solutions and dumb solutions to live comfortable lifestyle. I just feel you put things into a different category that is not as critical as other things when it comes to gambling, my personal opinion, i just see things different. Is not impressive to read about some one study the game and call it hard work, that is common sense and daily routine for many players. Option 1 & 2 1) When you work you can get a cheap insurance from the state at some countrys wish guarantee that you as not an employee get 80% of salary from the insurance the first year and during the second year you get 66% for the rest of your life not working or not finding work. That is a income that is free from the government. There is one catch, you need to apply and search for work and present your action to the government and some times they randomly check that you apply for does Companys in real life. I assume rules and conditions is different depending on wish country we talk about. So some one can use the government insurance and system for hes own advantage and live as a professional gambler with some guarantee of income. But you don't get pension points when you are not an employee, but in some countrys there is a minimum guarantee pension around 700$ wish pays for rent and electrical bill. I also here assume rules and condition is different depending on wish country we talk about. So the question here is if the winnings will compensate for the other half of the pension. 2) So why would some one pick option two when he can pick option one. Where option two is to take one year time off from work and keep the employee during one year. Then if you don't make it as gambler you can get back to your work as employee. But then you have invest and spending one year of income or savings plus your bankroll. You have to live on something during that year and if you don't make it you have the guarantee of employee at your company, that is pretty good insurance but very expensive. Because if you pick option one you could get a new work as employee after one year testing you wings as professional with some guarantee of income for very little effort.
  18. Just want to mention that Baccarat Buster 2 is not a RNG machine and simulate and deal with real cards - that is for me the ultimate simulation software to test new methods or tweaks of old one to improve the overall game before hitting the casino.
  19. I see you write about a day where you not play and are home with family. I reckon the thinking process is common among players, i can dream about something and not have the solution and two months later i can come up with the solution as i constant have a thinking process that involve many different things. It can be a dream or just testing new things with my favorit simulation software. What i would like to read is about the psychological pressure being professional player in daily life. I assume you don't have any work and no salary each month from work, no secure steady income. So what happens if you hurt your self and have to go to hospital and have no health care insurance that workplace has for there workers. I understand that the company you work for pay for the health care insurance in USA. In my country we have free health care. How do some one put more money into the bankroll to insure for a bad week at the tables and take % for salary when playing as professional. I assume you can not just walk in to any casino and make 1K as easy peanuts, i assume you need to fight for it. So how do some one divide the income or winnings for bills, rent, food and bankroll (gambling). And the last and maybe most important issue with psychological pressure - the pension - how do some one save money to grow old from 65 years and live a nice life relaxing and enjoy life and do some traveling with love ones. In my country the company you work for pay a fee to ensure you pension and the state stand for part of it, so when you are 65 you get one full salary to live on, to pay bills, rent, food and enjoy life as a old without working any more. And this is not peanuts and can be around 1.5K a month, now assume you live from 65 to 95 then you have 30 years living on your pension. But my assumption is that you can not save for that by your self because it is to much money. Cheers
  20. As i understand it - so is the original idea S40 and OTB4L and F2 - does three should cover the three states. Cheers
  21. Brad01 describe it with a summary at the - Ellis MvD principles topic - search for the topic. Another topic is the - three event method topic - by Brad01 search for it. You can find many great topics with the search function or just browsing the forum board and i recommend you to use note pad and list the topics you find to be a good read and then get back to them again and again. Also maybe make your own summary documents.
  22. Is rare to find does topics where some one show how to turn 14 units to 100 units and above without risking the 14 units during the hole process towards 50/100 units profit. Flat bet and positive progression is not superior comparing to regression up & pull and not the same category - is a complete different game. Cheers
  23. When i read your topic and think about Regression Up & Pull where you operate with casinos money after your win your first bet and can not lose it all back. The principal is very easy. You bet a higher base bet, lets say 2 units and if you win your first bet you lower your second bet to 1 unit and now operate with casino money. After that you convert to positiv progression Up & Pull where you push for more. 212234567 and so on. This is my favorit as you can use it in many different ways, for example MDB you can be staking 224 and after winning once you add 2 units to the progression and staking 226 or 244 and after winning twice you operate with casino money and staking 112. But the risk and reward is within how many attempts you are willing to try for each staking solution. The progression would look like this 224 112 224 224 336 448 and so on. This is how i see risk and reward when i make comparison with the original MDB. Why risk 124 for +5 units when i can bet less attempts and winning less and still operate with casino money without losing it all back. That is part of my thinking about risk and reward to be in the comfort zone pretty fast before dealing with psychological pressure. Cheers
  24. Hello Eugene - UK is one of does places i want to go and play - if i do so - then maybe we can meet up :-) At moment i will test my wings within Scandinavian and keep the expensive low for ticket & hotell - i been thinking go by boat to Finland to Helsingfors (main capital city) where they have Casino Helsinki ... I want to test to play with higher base bet 100$ chips and have win targets that pay for my ticket & hotell costs and maybe more. So maybe i spend 500$ for three days stay with ticket, hotell, food. Working on strategy and testing Regression Up & Pull methods as i want to operate with casino money in a early stage during my visit to have some comfort zone and not feel psychological pressure. I go abroad to test my skills and ability to handle the psychological stress factor to make a month salary and have been looking at UK and see they have several casinos - one weekend trip to London with three star hotell is around 350$ for four days where you get two to three days to visit casinos, i reckon 150$ extra for food. In Sweden we only have four international casinos in each big city and all of them is own by the state own company. So if i am going full time in the future i need to explore the market in Europe. One thing i been thinking about is to take one year vacation from work and live from savings and test playing full time. But is a big step and need preparation like testing playing with higher base bets and test travel aboard and see how the pressure is like having a win goals that overcome the costs and beyond that. Was going to write about this at the Risk & Award topic Brad01 made, will drop a line there later. Cheers
