I notice you did not start betting until hand 10. Is this to give a better look at what the shoe is doing initially? The P221.... at the beginning can be enticing for OT betting,  but I have fallen into the trap a number of times where the above goes into a chop, or a steak of 4 or 5 down, costing me 1 or 2 units in the process.

    Way2fast response:

I don't wait any fixed number of hands.  I try to start when the presentment of the shoe provides a good opportunity.  In this case, my first bet was on the third 2MC. I could have done that on the previous 2iar, but I think I chose to wait - or it is possible Kevin was talking to me and I missed an earlier entry? LOL.  In any case, I would not jump in at the 221, especially at the beginning of the shoe.  Look, if the shoe is going to go perfect OTBL right from the start, I will still do very well - don't need to be on it for the first event or two.  Patience is really a critical part to success in this game.  In this case I was patient at the beginning and did just fine playing the 2MC and 2LN opportunities I saw.

The really cool thing you might want to take note of is something that happens ALL THE TIME.  Look at those first 13 hands and notice the very nice OTBL pattern.  Also note what is happening on each side (always be in touch with what is happening on each side).  Hand 15 was my first lost bet and it was telling - FIRST one on the Banker side.  Note that at the same time (hand 17) was the first player event>2.  So OTBL changed at once at this point - and it was indicated on both sides at the same time.  Right at this point the player should recognise the shoe presentment has or is about to change, and should be immediately thinking it could go SS (strong side) player with another single Banker or two.  See how an observant player can begin to anticipate and be ready to capitalise on the type of changes that occur in virtually every shoe.  You don't want to be banging out OTBL right into an SS opportunity.  A mechanical teacher would tell you just to bet OTBL with some kind of crazy projection that 'plows' through those changes.  Yeah, it would work out through some of this (until the 7iar player).  But I would advise you it is MUCH safer AND MORE PROFITABLE to flat bet or use a mild up as you win progression with a bet selection approach more in tune with what is actually happening in the shoe.  That OT player would be no where near the 23 units, and would have missed an amazing opportunity.  Master this and you will master FTS (Follow the shoe).

Thanks for sharing this Hellboy.  That dude offers good advice.

You can go on the site for the commerce and it will show how many current live tables and i have seen that number up to 70 which seems like that would be a mecca for baccarat

Yes, more tables than just about anywhere.  Even more tables than at Sands Bethlehem
