On the computer the mouse will be the option selector. On the app it will the tapping. Which one is easier to navigate? and will the computer be faster then the app or vice versa?

Really interested in the program to assist in my decision making. Also need to raise the funds and educate myself in your language and process before hand. Is there a difference between app and computer platform?
