Ntrl9
Guys- I play online almost every day for low stakes ($25 unit). I actually play at the casino in the screenshot (5dimes). They hand shuffle the cards and place them in the shuffle master shoe that reads the cards which is integrated with the tote board the same as the B&M casino. The green button is used to reset the shoe and clear the tote board. If you notice they do not place the plastic cover over the shoe so you can see the top of the cards as they sit inside the shoe. The rebate casino which is a different live feed uses a clear shoe but they have to scan each card into the system so that it shows up on the screen. I don't think that these casinos are using the trickery with auto shuffling shoes. That being said I do not trust them and will never play for high stakes. I play for low stakes in order to fly under the radar. My main play is at the casino I play online while I'm home to pass time (and make a little money). I agree with W2F and I would never exclusively play online. Good luck to all....
modnar
Have you seen the movie Wag the dog? As Kevin said, I do not play online, no matter how real those dealers looks like.
Pando
Why not look at Dublinbet Its live dealing from an actual casino, you can see and hear the players talking to the dealer just as you do when you play at a B&M casino. You can see the cards being shuffled before each shoe. I use Dublinbet (in practice mode) to practice my play
Users brad01 Posted January 7, 2016 Users Report Share Posted January 7, 2016 I guess we have to rely on the fact that if its found online are cheating it will hurt their industry. When they started with RNG's and were cheating nobody played and they had a bad name. Then live dealer fair games improved their name. So far for me they have been fair. Oz said he plays large amounts online but where is he nowadays? Personally once my unit size is a little larger I wouldn't bother to play online anymore as why would you when you can get payed straight away at land based?
Users brad01 Posted January 7, 2016 Users Report Share Posted January 7, 2016 Normal land based casinos have buttons on the shoe that they press to record results too.
Users brad01 Posted January 8, 2016 Users Report Share Posted January 8, 2016 You know I think in terms of business a lot of online casinos just rent the feed. So that feed from cost rica is rented to various online casinos who just deal with the software side of it. So if the people who run the business for providing the feed have no interest in the $$ gambled it would be in their best interest just to provide a reliable fair game. If they are feeding various online casinos there would be no way they could know whos betting what at each so how could they set anything up in anyones favour? If they had an interest in the online casino then they could for THAT online casino but not for all unless they had an interest in all. Thinking from a business point of view one business is renting the room, setting up, providing staff and video feed The other is running the online casino. In the case of Dublin bet they use a feed from their live casino anyway so it doesn't cost them anything to run I'm also sceptical of cheating but sometimes we are looking too much into conspiracy theories and if you look hard enough you can find a reason why the guy standing next to you is involved in a conspiracy to cheat you. If you know your hit rate is 62% on average say and you get a run of bad luck where it drops dramatically long term especially then I'm sure we can figure out things are not fair. I'm not one who pulls money every week. It's silly to pay to get your winnings. Anyway, I've been happy with BP and continue to play there as long as the video feed is smooth and clean. MVSeahog
I maintain a good balance in the account and when I pull the minimum amount out I leave a good balance to play on. The last two times were free as I don't pull from the account often. You do get once a month for free. I may still be on the "old" payment methods due to making payouts a long time ago when the minimum request was $500. The checks have been delivered by FedEx and drawn on a Canadian bank, so far. Users brad01 Posted January 9, 2016 Users Report Share Posted January 9, 2016 A friend just showed me a video of cheating devices within shoes which enable the user to cover their hand over the tab and pull a different card which is fed over the top of the actual card which should be pulled. The demo showed that it was set up to always feed thru 10's so they could add a 10 to any result they wanted. It was in chinese so I couldn't understand it but apparently they said it is happening in some casinos in asia I imagine the dealers would have to be in on it so that means the whole casino would have to be blatantly corrupt
LOU30
Guys, Here is something I use its called Camtasia it a screen recording program to say the least. If you think your online casino might be up to some form of trickery or slight of hand you can record all your playing sessions that way you have a video recording of all the sessions you have played, plus if you find they are cheating at the table you have all the evidence you need to get every penny back and more! I used it to record my online playing sessions as a training aid to study the shoes and my play ,also after seeing players complain about not getting paid after a winning hand (This was usually beginners to the game) to see if I could spot anything underhanded as well,I have studied card preps, shoe changes, washes, dealers, payouts and dealer mistakes and have to say I have spotted nothing untoward at where I play. That's not to say I would trust all online casinos but if you have your suspicions at least you can go back and watch the play again! I think you can try it free for while if nothing else you can study the way you play for a bit.
avion
Nvidia has a neat video recorder, included in their GeForce Experience software called ShadowPlay. It is free, but of course you need to download Nvidia GeForce Experience to get it. AMD offers GVR. Both of these are good, accordingly to what GPU you have, and they work exclusively with your brand video card, and does not drag down your CPU like Fraps does. XDN
5Dimes payout with bitcoin no problems. If anyone wants to know how i'm set up i'll be happy to help. It takes a couple of weeks to set it all up, but NO FEES! Did I mention NO FEES? Requested $100 (minimum payout) bitcoin payout from 5dimes on Monday, and recieved it tonight (Wednesday). They advertise 24-48 hours to process, and I did chat online with a rep tonight asking if I did it correctly. About 15 minutes after chatting with the online rep, I received my confirmation email and about 1 hour after I returned the confirmation email, the bitcoin was transferred to my bitcoin wallet on coinbase.com Observations: 1. Once I contacted the online chat rep, the payout was processed very quickly. Not sure if that is normal or necessary as i was still within the 24-48 hour window. But i'll probably do this in the future, it's likely they don't get many bitcoin transactions or they just have someone run them a couple of times per week. I didn't get any hassle or feel like they were attempting to delay the payout. I just think they just needed reminded it was there, it's probably a manual process for them. 2. NO FEES (If u deposit with bitcoin, there are no fees to payout with bitcoin) - Just checked my 5dimes account and only 100 was removed. 3. Confirmation email - They do ask for your username AND password. Ya...it's a little wierd to send your password in an email...but just do it and change your password after the transaction. You should be using a disposable password for a gambling site anyway If anyone wants help setting up this up, just drop me a line. You'll need to do some studying on your own, but i'm happy to help. WARNING! Shameless Plug - If any of you are going to sign up to use bitcoin and want to use coinbase.com as your wallet (it's one of the most respected ones, and has very low fees, but do your own research), let me know. If I refer you and if you buy $100 bitcoin, I can get $10 bitcoin for the referral (2 units for me...I play nickels most of the time, just very very slowly building the BR)......Now back to your regularly scheduled forum. avion
I play baccarat for practice at BetPhoenix.ag I have a good working relationship with one of the casino mgrs. there as a friend and he has always been totally honest. Hand shuffled shoes, that are shuffled in view. Two baccarat rooms, one with 25 seconds between hands and the other with 20 seconds between hands for a faster game. Each with a 5.00 minimum bet. Also blackjack, (which I don't play) and roulette 5.00 min. with European wheel with just one green single zero, and no American layout of single zero and double zero, 25 seconds between spins. Only problem is sometimes the dealers for baccarat make mistakes at the end of the game, in not clearing the electronic tote board they have, and they deal a extra hand, which shows up as the first hand on the next shoe that hasn't been dealt yet, giving a false decision for anyone coming in late after a shoe has started. Not all the time, but it does happen enough for me to mention it. So, it's best to be present before the next shoe is started. There is also what they call a "fun money" mode where you can play baccarat for free, and you can switch from fun money mode to real money mode easily. They do kick you out of either real money mode and fun money mode, if you don't make a bet in about 6-7 hands dealt. While practicing, I will make a unit or two of real money, and I like to call that getting "paid to practice". Because the shoes are hand shuffled, I have seen some disparity and biases, that are extremely high in some shoes, that are 2-1 in total at the end of the shoe. So you know what that means.
