Is anyone playing in the Cincinnati area?
-
Thanks, Ellis, this information was helpful. I wasn't sure of what I was seeing with net betting.

Ellis,
Does net betting use the principles of SAP or RSAP? Thanks. Just trying to understand the principles.

Has anyone played recently at the casino in Tampa? I hope to get there sometime in April or May/ Does MDB work in the Tampa shoes?
-
Will someone please post 2 or 3 shoes played with this method. This would be so helpful. I want to see if I am understanding the rules correctly before I start testing some of my shoes. Thanks!

Steve,
What websites do you recommend?

Where are the better places to play Bac in Biloxi?

Kevin,
I would also like a copy of your shoe. I am ddbcinti and I joined the forum in Oct 2007. My email is dbaker7@woh.rr.com. Thanks.

Has anyone played in Tunica lately? If so, how were the games? Has anyone played at the Gold Strike lately?

Casno,
What is the money progression that you are using with net betting? I like your simple method.

Just made my reservations. They seem to be all ready for us now. Thanks for the help with that, Keith!

Ellis,
When did we start betting straight repeats in the NOR system? Would you do this only when you don't see many 1s? What are the rules? Somehow I missed this idea.

Hello,
Any NOR players playing at Hollywood Indiana? Would love to hear from you if you would like to meet and play some shoes together and compare notes.

Ellis,
With P2711111, I would have used the F series. Why did you choose OTB4L?
-
Mreteuya,
I would be interested in more details. Sounds like a great way to learn. Maverick has been difficult for me to learn on my own. I could use some help.

Is anyone out there still playing blackjack?
Are there good games in Tunica? What are some good places to play?

Thanks, Ellis and Papa Joe.
Is Oneida in New York not a good place to play anymore? Ellis, you mentioned it so much on your WCB tapes. I realize that it has expanded and must have changed much since the tapes were made.

Ellis,
From your vast experiences in the various Blackjack casinos, what would you say are some of the best casinos to play? I am especially interested in those that might be non-smoking environments. Do you know of some good casinos that you would highly recommend? Vacation time is coming soon. Thanks.

Zenwen,
My password does not work either. I feel like I have been cut off from the world of Blackjack and I am beginning to go through withdrawal. I need my lifeline! Keith, can you help? What is my password that the NBJ site keeps asking for?
Thanks,

Zenwin,
I played first base in an 8 deck, hand shuffled game. There were 3 people, including me in the game when I started. But the number varied from 3-5 throughout the game. Surprisingly, the quality of the game remained fairly consistent even with players coming and going. I left the game when a sixth person entered. The casino was starting to get more crowded and the game had already started to deteriorate anyway on the last shoe. I was playing a very conservative game and was often standing rather than hitting because the tens were not clumped very well and seemed to be distributed well throughout the shoe. So I did not get the usual rude comments from the dealer or other players for hitting too much like I usually do in an NBJ game.
I did, however, draw alot of attention from the pit boss who kept walking back and forth trying to determine what I was doing with my stack of chips that I was using to track the signature of the game. Has this ever happened to you? Each time he came by I pretended to be building a little pyramid of irregular chip stacks, and when he kept eyeing me I kept building even while the dealer was shuffling. Eventually he went away and I started covering my stack of signature chips better with my right hand so that he could not see what was going on.
How is your game coming along?

Well today I finally did it. I won 42 units!
I went to a different casino which is farther away, but I like their
shuffle better. Ellis, I had been listening to the WCB tapes #5 & 6
all the way to the casino (and also probably two dozen times before
today) but today it just clicked! After one shoe I realized that I was
hitting too much and was often breaking, and the dealer was breaking
a little more than the 25%, so I started standing more and hitting less
because the 10s were not clumped well and seemed to be often well
distributed throughout the shoe. It was a slow easy game and it took
me three and a half hours, but I have never stayed that long in the game
before. The long ride home is much better when you win!
I hope that this was not a coincidence! I feel like calling in sick tomorrow
so that I can go back to the casino to see if I can win again and prove
that this was not a fluke! Maybe I am finally learning how to vary my play.

Carlos, so is there a way to beat a tough game like this? Or would you just walk away and find an easier game?

What is "plowing the field". What does it do? How much can it help? I have never heard of this before.

Keith,
I purchased the Premium Monthly subscription during the launch special. How do I renew my monthly subscription? I do not see a way to get the launch rate to renew in the Store options. Thanks.
