  1. Wow William, this looks like a designer shoe. It sounds like Genting highland might be 6 deck???

I don't know of any card Manufacturers that offer 6 deck preshuffled so I'm guessing regular cards.

Also since this shoe is so extremely biased toward TB4L, I'm guessing the prior shoes also favored TB4L.

Hi Ellis, what we're getting in Malaysia's Casino is different compare to Singapore's Casino. Malaysia is neighboring country of Singapore. In Malaysia Genting Highland Casino has few backrooms in the casino where they shuffle their cards backdoor. Then they bring out their cards in paper box bundle to use at the Baccarat tables with shuffle machine. For low limit no touch tables they use TWO sets of color for the cards and they reuse throughout the day once they send it to the table. Every table's standard play is the dealer burn each card before a hand dealt hence we're getting 53 hands to 62 hands. Except for high limit touch

game as they use up all the cards in the shoe.

All sort of shoe patterns we're getting here. Mostly are mix hybrid of OTB4L, S40, F, short bias and random. In 30 tables, we might find 1 highly bias shoe. Some shoe is NOR friendly and some shoe is MDB+ friendly which in other word is NOR unfriendly and MDB+ unfriendly. We have 1 section of old casino with around 30 tables and a new section of new casino with 30 tables.

  2. Ellis,

Can you please post some shoes with play by plays using SAP/+5 showing at what point do we choose a +5 system to use? When and why we switch and how we handle the primary or secondary progression in the process of switching? Are there specific "triggers" for each system to switch in a shoe? If so, please explain.

Your very first post when you started the introduction to +5 thread you said the most important thing for this thread was that you were going to post shoes with play by plays because it's the best way to learn and explain things. Please don't forget that. Thanks.

Yup Ellis... I would also truly appreciate that too.

And a new thread dedicated for this purpose without the Q&A there.

    Thank you & Best Regards,

    DJ

  3. Ellis, respectfully, again, I am not asking you to post a manual. I am simply suggesting 3 seperate threads containing one shoe representing each of the systems accompanied by the rules and a play by play. This way all members can comment on YOUR shoe played correctly. This would provide for easier access to the information for all players in an organized manner and eliminate needless posts. I have received private messages from other members on the forum thanking me for asking this of you. I am not the only one who sees the benefits to all of us to simply have the 3 or now 4 systems separated and rules and play by play posted. I hope you will give some consideration to improving the organization as to how the information is presented.

Thank you for all you do for us. This is by far the best forum in the world!!

Yes, only then we can learn better without doing any costly mistake.

So far I haven't seen any member embarking on the quest for one million $$$. I guess the confidence level is not there yet to go ahead. Everything is still at the theory level.

  4. dj, it would help me a lot to know whether the cards at your casino are regular or preshuffled. Just ask. I think they are regular but I'd like to know for sure.

But regular cards casinos have huge control over the complexion of the shoes with these highly sophisticated machines and like to present a moving target so you have to go by what you see on a given day:

High runs straight and/or ZZ is BaS40M1 (We prefer low 2s but it is no longer essential)

    High 1s and 2s is BaS40

    High 2s and 3s is BaOTB4L

So, if you are struggling you are likely not following the above recommendation. Check the shoe.

I will try those Ba system with my recorded shoes which I have so far.

Hopefully Ba system is the solution.

  5. Hi Ellis,

The card is prepared in a preparation room. 8 decks arranged....they call it preshuffled. This set of card is then brought to the table and shuffled by the machine before use. 2 set are brought to the table....one in use and the other in the shuffling machine. Cards are changed every Monday and Friday morning. (That explains why I always lose on Fridays because the card preparation is hard.

8 decks of card used here. Every hand, one card is burned (i guess to prevent card counting or something just to make it tougher?)

I missed a repeat of 23 players tonite...there are runs of 10 and above taking place at nite...but at select tables.

  6. Just this Friday, I saw some shoes with 8s and 10s some even with 12s appearing either in the early stage or in the middle of the shoes, where on Wednesday and Thursday it is a less common occurrence.

Someday the 1s and 2s are pouring like rain is some of the shoes (long zz runs) but other days it is just like some stuck in your piss pipe.

Those bastards are playing it smart, guess I have to play it like you said Ellis, tough days, just exit the casino.

And I would say this to the good days, Just milk them!!!

    Hehe

  7. Thanks Ellis for the reply.

However i think a different ball game is occuring at my local casino.

You are right, I need to speak to the employee of the casino to get those info. And I need to get the right and consistent answer.

As for certain days, I could play NOR and win comfortably as much 40 to 50u in 7 to 10 shoes. But in certain days of the week, i find the card prep looks more like preshuffled, which perhaps S40M1 would be able to overcome.

I based this by observing the events in the shoes.

Some days it is just less of 3s 4s in a shoes but certain days there are just loads of them with sporadic 1s.

Somedays the 2s appears 5 to 6 times a row is between the others event (S40 M2 wins here) whereas on other days, you see some 3s and 4s between the 2s event. (S40M1 prog within a prog 0123 would have won here).

  8. Hey all,

I guess the million dollar forum is for preshuffled cards only right?

Anyway, i have a few question regarding preshuffled card.

I have seen preshuffled card being brought in to my local casino. Therefore I think the usage is somehow somewhat is use at all baccarat table.

But I have observe that on certain days that playing NOR, i can win comfortably at the table but certain days it is tough because NOR just doesn't work. There are easily more than 20 tables to choose from, probably it is tough to win on those select days because the card has just been changed to preshuffled cards that morning. By the way each table is equipped with it own shuffling machine (shuffle master brand).

    These are my questions?

    1. Is preshuffled cards mentioned in the million dollar forum, refers to a set of new preshuffled card everytime being introduced to that table everytime when the shoe has finished?

    2. How about preshuffled cards that are introduced to that table when they have their routine change of cards, but it is later shuffled by the shuffling machine? Does this mean that the first round of the shoe is preshuffled and probably the few subsequent round still being in the "effect" of preshuffled, but gradually it move out from being in the preshuffled mode?

Probably then NOR could be used?

We need a clear of preshuffled cards here?

I understand (based on reading the forum) that some casino is Vegas are using preshuffled cards...how is the preshuffled cards used there? Is there no shuffling machine at all tables?

    Thanks & Regards

  9. I'm all for this idea.

I have notice lately from the casino that I frequent, the shoes doesn't remain streaky or choppy throughout the entire shoe.

It is hard to maintain a single system from the NOR (either S40, OTB4L or F) throughout the whole shoe....because sooner or later, the shoe trend seems to change. I guess the casino have the cards shuffled by the machine in such way.

The only way to profit is by a hit and run of +5u per table using NOR.

I will try to post some sample games sometime later...hope Ellis or anyone could help to review whether i'm right or wrong about those shoes
