Are you still not beating baccarat pando?
-
Not exactly on topic, but I have a question. While playing, how do you maintain your patience? I believe I'm at the point of play that usually wins, but it's literally like watching paint dry. Do give me some sort of real advice.
-
I actually tried it with a legitimate cc just to get back in. I have no idea what else I could do.

Need an alternate way to pay. PayPal isn't doing it for me.

The only way to pay is through PayPal now? I don't have and don't want one. Can I pay through a regular credit card or something?

Quick question. 500 is for permanent membership?

With all due respect, I prefer to play alone. Baccarat requires a lot of concentration.
Occasional chit chat away from the tables is ok.
CT70
You're right. I'll take it. When would you have chit chat time?
-
Is there any chance I can shadow you as well CT70? When are your normal times of play?
-
In other words, no.

So when I get back to doing this for a living, it would be with money that I can work with instead of someone else's money.

You do realize that the risk/reward is terribly askew, right? I'm not saying you're using a martingale, but the need of a 2400 unit bankroll for profits is just short of insanity. What happens if/when you lose the 2400 units? What happens when you have a string of consecutive bad days?
-
Yeah, I appreciate your approach, but it is way too risky for such little profit. If you can't win flat betting, it's not really worth it in my eyes.

I think he means he has two days of winning and the third he loses.
It could possibly be a change in shoe type or shuffle.
Overall, I think you should just skip that day or use it for study.

No, not necessarily. I'll play it when I see it is all lining up.

So, if I might ask, which style do you prefer? I use a variation of the 4d net betting.

Is the sap/rsap your preferred style of play?

Just to update, PJ says if the MC fails even once, abandon it, until you see it come back. There's no need risk a second bet on a failed MC.
CT70
So, if the mc fails, wait for another to stabilize or bet the lc?

I don't think that method of play is the correct method. If you are going to play something like that focus on the middle instead of the lowest. You will find yourself losing a boat load of money betting the least count. I applaud you not betting every hand. Also, don't keep chasing it. After two losses abandon it.
Thanks for your response. Usually, that style of play is able to get a couple of wins unless there is a major shift in the counts. I only flat bet. In my mind, betting the middle count would be far less stable than the other two. I'll do a few more tests on it and let you know how it works. Would you mind emailing me or giving me your email address?

To all the newbies,
You may not like what I am about to say but I think I am speaking for lot of the older members here on this forum.
I was once a newbie too, so I totally understand how you guys feel when you are just starting to learn our concepts and way of playing. It’s important you understand that you really need to put in the time and effort on this website to learn all the basic systems that we all use in daily play. In case you don’t know what they are, here is a list to get you started. They are all here within this website.
TB4L – Time Before Last
OTB4L- Opposite Time Before last
Repeats
S40 System 40
RD1
There are a few more, but these are the important ones. Use the search engine here on site to find them and study them. You need to learn all of them forwards, backwards and sideways! It’s not that hard. Get it done!
Why am I saying this? Because I am tired of seeing people asking everyday….What’s SAP?, what’s a repeat? What’s an opposite? Guys, you shouldn’t be asking these type of questions. Recognize that we are all here to help BUT you shouldn’t be asking such broad questions. You guys should take the time to read ever post here and comprehend as much as possible BEFORE you ask. The older players prefer you ask more technical questions about clarifying something you already read yourself first, maybe ask us to explain a concept within a system that you may have had trouble grasping, rather than ask us to explain an entire system from scratch. That is not our job, nor should you expect that kind of mentoring from anyone. It’s not fair to us.
I suggest you make a friend here and together grow your knowledge of baccarat by sharing ideas, reading and interpreting the posts that the more experienced players are posting. You should be practicing shoes everyday and replaying them as you get better and more experienced. THEN you can ask us a question and we will be happy to answer it.

I have a question. It's regarding bets using the sap count. Instead of betting every hand, I either bet that the lowest count stays low or that the highest count stays high. It's not my main approach, but it's one that I sometimes implement. Do you prefer this method or another and are there any tweaks for it? Also, I would like to exchange emails with you and perhaps we can run ideas off each other. My email is ssj3stridergohan@gmail.com

Interesting statement given that the "new" thing uses all the same bet placement techniques as the various NOR systems. New boss same as the old boss?
"I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again"Which variation do you play? There are so many versions of play that I've learned from Ellis, but I've had to kinda make my own to win with some kind of consistency.

That's exactly what I'm saying...
I play a variation of NOR...Likewise Way2fast...Kachatz1...CT70...Papa Joe...Wolfat...McVince
Do you see any losers in that list?
-
I, too, play a variation of his teachings. Very conservatively, though. Might I ask what your variation is? Or might we exchange ideas?

Hey Martha...come shut the window...Them thar pigs are flying past again and I don't want them flying inside and spilling my beer.
So saying...You are right...I wouldn't be where I am today without Ellis's original teachings...but then along came Norm...and PJ and my Mentor.
Ellis is now saying that NOR no longer applies and his new method is the only way...Tell that to my Bank Manager and my Real Estate Agent.
So, you're saying Ellis's older teachings of NOR, net betting, and variations of the two are still applicable to shoes played today?

I returned your email.

No worries. Do shoot me an email. I do have a couple of questions.
