Request Help with Membership

I was a paid / premium member in the 2009 - 2012 era, but have been inactive ever since. I know that the organization has changed substantially since then, but in the last year I have sought to become active again, and I have a number of questions. The internal message system does not allow me to send any messages. Work tickets I created were never responded to. Can someone in Administration please contact me in regard to these issues? Thanks.
