Hello to all. What kind of shuffling generates more random shoes? and the opposite, what kind of shuffling generates more biased shoes?. 1. When the dealer just shuffles the cards, or 2. When the dealer washes the cards and then he shuffles the cards This question is because I am playing in casinos that use these kind of shuffling and they are giving me different patterns. Thanks.

I think I figured out what is happening... I am almost sure the reason of "tables without biases" is the shuffle machine... every table has a shuffle machine and before to start a new game, the dealer take out the cards from it. I will be checking more details about it to avoid these kind of tables and casinos.

Hello Ellis and all people here... These days I am playing in a new casino because it is big and has a good service. Well... I am experiencing tough shoes because they don't make trends or biases that we know and the only one thing diferent that I see from other casinos is that this Casino uses most of the time "fresh cards" in the game. There are some players that get angry and then they wrinkle the cards or they break the cards then the Pitboss needs to change the cards to new 8 decks. Is there a problem with fresh cards? Thanks

Yesterday as everyday I went to the casino, in fact it was yesterday and in the early hours of today. After my daily session of Baccarat, I was curious about all BJ items commented here in forum so I decided to take a look into BJ tables. The casino had 4 BJ tables with 5 or 6 players in each table, it was around 2 a.m. so 7 or 8 hours of playing. It was amazing how many times the dealers got 20 or 21 on their dealt cards (4 thru 5 dealt cards) and players got between 17 or 18 on their dealt cards (2 thru 3 dealt cards or player broke). Practically the dealers killed all of them and as soon as a player was killed then he or she bought more chips... what a waste of money. While I was watching this destruction then I was thinking if we have any chance of win. I was about to sit but finally I decided to go home because the dealer seemed so lucky. I went home a little disappointed and thinking if it is the truth that this game is beatable if so then it would need too many hours of practice. Well today I will take a look at the BJ tables again.

Thanks Ellis, very interesting all you are saying about clumping, this makes my eyes more open. I see that it is very important to analize the clumping for BJ. but is it not so important for Baccarat isn't it?

In the scenario 1 player playing multiple hands (3 or 4 hands) what would be the bankroll (in units)? another... Does the manual have a glossary of terms? this is because my english is limited. so Can these changes (that you have mentioned before) affect Team Play BJ? what about if the way to shuffle the cards (when dealers shuffles the cards) is different from country to country... can this affect Team Play BJ? Thanks
