  1. Hi fellow baccarat players! The attached shoe is the result of my first early morning trip to my casino in Niagara Falls. The PitBoss told me that the new fresh decks arrive at the tables each morning between 9am and 10am each day. 2 shoes of 8 decks are replaced each morning at all the baccarat tables. These decks are preshuffled at the factory. The same 2 shoes remain at the same table for 24 hours and are shuffled in a shuffle machine at the table. I wanted to see if the fresh new shoes first thing in the morning were more choppy than the the shoes in the evenings when I usually play. Sure enough, all the new shoes showed MORE CHOP than I have ever seen at that Casino in the evenings. Of course there were still streak and neutral shoes, but there were plenty of CHOP shoes to choose from. I will play each morning at the same time for the week to see if my findings are consistant or not. But today was a great day for CHOP!! I have now completed the first 3 shoes of level 1 of my Millionaire in a Month Plan! I am looking for SD40M3 shoes at my casino. post-6876-14500262232436_thumb.jpg

  2. Hello to all fellow Baccarat Lovers! Can anyone direct me to a website where I can down load and print off some baccarat practice shoes. I would prefer if the shoes had not yet been played. I want to play a bunch of them to master my NOR skill set. I do not want to practice with a live dealer on the internet because it is too slow for multiple practice shoes. Any suggestions?? Thank you.

  3. Hi Steve and Ellis. I hope you are both well. I have finished studying my NOR manual. I want to be assured by you that I have a clear understanding of the 3 basic NOR betting strategies. I have attached a NOR flow chart which reflects MY understanding of the 3 basic systems. Please read it and add you comments. Below are the 3 systems as I understand them thus far:

    1) SD40M3- to be used on an increasing OR count.

    2) OTB4LM3- to be used on a neutral OR count (hovering over 2 or 3 numbers).

    3) SD40M1- to be used on a decreasing OR count.

Leave the casino after winning or loosing +5 units.NOR Flow Chart.PDF

  4. I am new to NOR and know nothing. But many thanks to all of you for teaching me everything! Each of you has made this the best site for winning baccarat in the world. Thank you for all your observations and learned comments. I have a summary flow chart that I shall post tonight. It is a visual summary of the NOR teaching mannual. Could you please all take a look and correct it and add to it. I will then edit it and post a final draft. This will be helpful to all the new commers to NOR. The newbies are the future of this site. We need to make the information as easy as possible for them to understand. Thank you again for all your amazing comments!!!

  5. Ellis, can you clarify all this for me? Regarding preshuffled cards: the only system I have learned is NOR. Are you saying the NOR system will not work or are you saying as long as you leave after +5 units that NOR WILL work against a preshuffled deck? My casino shuffles them in a machine between shoes. Is this the same or different from factorys preshufffeling them before they deliver them to the casinos because the factorys havea chance to remove the biases??

I appologize for this rookie question in advance.

  6. Ellis, I need some clarification on the terminology that you are using. When you say, "+ OR count do you mean INCREASING" and when you say "- or 0, OR count do you mean DECREASING or NEUTRAL"?

If so, are you saying that no matter which of the 3 systems I am following (S40, F or OTB4L), that if you see an INCREASING OR count appear I should use mode 3 (ie; wait for 3 losses before deciding to go OTR or to stay on the same side until you win). And, if you see a DECREASING or NEUTRAL OR count appear (no matter which of the 3 systems you are in) you should use mode 2 (ie; wait until 2 losses before deciding to go OTR or stay on the same side unitl you win).

If so, and I am understanding you correctly, when would you ever use mode 1(go OTR or stay on the same side unitl you win) all after only 1 loss?

  7. Ellis, can you please see 2 questions I posted for you on the thread titled "Tracey's Casino Niagara Shoe" post number 27. My questions are about changeing systems during a shoe. My manual suggests I SHOULD change systems as I am supposed to listen and watch what the shoe is telling ME. In the sample shoe #5 you posted, you do not change systems and you make a high number of units. You do very well. When I applied the method of changing systems to that same shoe, I came away with considerably LESS units won than you did. Can you shed some words of wisdom on changing systems as the shoe changes?

  8. Hi Ellis and my fellow NOR players. My boyfreind Dr. Ken is helping me study my new NOR manual. He has prepared this "NOR FLOW CHART" to assist me when I am playing live in a casino. It shall be made as small as a playing card, laminated and easily refernced during table play since our iPhones are not allowed in use at a baccarat table.

Would you all be so kind as to critique this flow chart and send me any helpful improvements to the chart so we may perfect it before using it ourselves or posting it for others to use.

Thank you for your time and constructive comments. NOR.pdf
