  1. Hi Gang,

I've not asked the group lately...but I was curious to what everyone may be experiencing these days at Foxwoods. I've not played there in 2015. I typically play in the Newport Bac Room (Asian Room)...touch games.

Are they using Factory Preshuffled? Or other?

What is working best there...MDB+, NOR, etc?

Any insight on the best way to play/beat their games would be appreciated.

    Thanks

  2. Headed back to Foxwoods next week and wanted to revisit this topic. I plan to play the Asian Newport Room

    Touch Games

    Pre-shuffled 6 decks in 1 box...as mentioned above.

I will use MDB+ as Base

as the companion system..we are you guys suggesting the old school/regular Netbetting....or these newer NBetting methods in the more recent threads...2HiNB, Ultimate NB, etc......??

  3. Hi Team,

After all of the great intel we surfaced in the 5dimes.com shoe thread. I was hoping we could try it at other Casinos across that we have experience. I've played all of the Bac tables at Foxwoods over the last year or 2. However, most of my best play was in the Asian Newport Bac room.

For those playing already there, I was hoping we could share some intel on the best ways to beat their shoes:

    1) I've noticed they used pre-shuffled cards (1 big white box of many decks)

    2) Only$100 min tables have a tote board

    3) All games are touch games

    4) I've played both the 50 and 100 dollar tables, using NOR scorecard with mix results.

What is best way to play these at Newport room at Foxwoods? MBD, MDB+, NOR, other, combo play of NB and MDB+???

  4. This is my limited experience with shuffles at Casinos. I'd love to hear folks interpretation of them and the best way to approach playing them. I'm not sure I understand how these are being referred to on our forum. Below, I've listed what I've seen:

    1) Cards that are newly brought to the table at 10:00am and changed every 24 hours. For a 24 hour period the table uses the same cards and they are hand shuffled by the dealer between shoes.

I assume most players use NOR on these shoes and that people are starting to use 4D and/or S4D +5

    2) Cards that are shuffled by the shufflemaster type of machines between shoes and changed out on a periodic basis

    How are these played?

    3) Pre-shuffled (organized cards) brought to the dealer between shoes. The dealer then hand shuffles these cards and play begins.

Is #3 above that people refer to as preshuffled cards? What is the best way to play these?

  6. Good questions. Here is my stab at answering them for you:

    1) NOR is the base system and they one all/most members utilize in some fashion

    2) NOR + is a few tweaks on the base system for those a bit more experienced who also prefer a bit more aggressive approach and betting progression to maximize profits on a good shoe

    3) 4D is developed, but being re-tooled a bit and also simplified a bit before mass adoption of this system. Everything looks good so far, but it is being fine tuned. This is a graduated system that eliminates the need for table selection, but is only something most players can digest after they have a solid understanding of NOR
