I have so many trips to report so, I'll need to make each report breif and to the point.

Since my last big trip report, last year of February 2007, here they are until recent last week.

Trip One: Late night, just after 1 AM, on a Tuesday. I look at a table I like with 4 players in it. First base seat is occupied. seat 7 is open. I watch close to a half shoe before I played. After testing the waters at flat bets, I play double green with a 1-4-6. They have lowered the table max on all tables since my last big win trip. Why? lol. Now, $25 tables are at $500 max. Their $5 tables used to have a $500 max! So, my bets are $50-$200-$300 (1-4-6). Now with me in the game is 5 players. I notice it was a bit clumped and playing 1-4-6 straight would not do well. I noticed I almost always lose on low rounds and almost always win on high rounds. I noticed low rounds went 3 and 4 in a row, mostly. High rounds went mostly 1 or 2 in a row. Oops! This is the public forum. I think I might give too much away. Shoot! I'll wait for Ellis to step in here first. Ellis?

OK. I'll just give how many players each game, wether I played first or third base, how I did in units. In the private forum, I'll give all the details of how I did it in each game. So, lets continue.

I am playing in a 5 player game, at third base. Playing a 1-4-6 at ($50-$200-$300). I played 4 shoes. Did $1,800 profit. Go for a smoke break outside. Find another game, head to head. This is in the high stakes room, $100 table and $2,000 max. It used to be $5,000 max. I am playing advantage betting. Low bets which I usually lost was $100. High bets which I usually won was $1,000 and sometimes at max of $2,000. The game went 3 full shoes. I did another $22,000 profit! Now after these 3 shoes, they say they are going to change to new cards. That was the only table that did that. Shift change is never at that time! So, I watch the card prep. I was there for quite awhile waiting for all this to be done. I see theor wash and shuffle. I have a good idea it won't be an advantage betting game again. I watch so many hands flat betting. I was right. But, I also noticed 1-4-6 was not too good. I add a hand. I have to play $200 on each hand. My right hand stayed at $200 flat bets, sacrafice. My left hand I saw I could play a 1-4-6. I go with $300 base bets on this. So, $300-$1,200-$1,800. about broke even on my sacrafice hand and killed these wise guys on my third base hand. Just that one shoe, I did 50 units at third base! That was a profit of $15,000. They felt pretty stupid. We go another shoe. I still start at 2 hands. Not so good. I drop a hand. Now head to head and 1-4-6 works great! This shoe, I did 60 units. That's a profit of $18,000 that shoe. So, these 2 shoes, up 110 units, or up $33,000. It is after 2 AM. I call it quits and get sleep. Next trip day, I will write tomorrow because I need sleep now! Ha.

Hi, congratulation for your success, $$$ !!! O Smile

I've 3 questions :

1) When you flat bet as well as watching the game, noticing you always lose at low rounds, and 3-4 low rounds in a row, etc. Is there a way to jog it down at the table, unnoticed ? I know this is rather stupid of me to ask, but being not so experienced, I have no idea how to handle so many details at the same time ?

2) As the above. Did the next shoe come back also with 3-4 low rounds in a row, after the wash ?

3) When you played your extra/sacrifice hand, were they of equal money bet ? (Some casino obliges equal bet on extra spot, so you can't play one min. and the other max.)

Zenwin.

Keith! I have a lot of trip reports to post up. I need some rest tonight. I'll try to post them all tomorrow or post a few a day! Do you still talk to Kenny Forbes? I have his NBJ home practice manual, original rough draft before he took it to be published.

BigVic! What are your goals with you blackjack this year?

That's a hard question to answer. The vague answer would be to change my losing profile to a winning one....I am new to blackjack, up until recently craps was my game, my over all losing game....

If I were to put a dollar amount on my goal, I would say, for the year, a cool 100,000 would be a target that would change my complete outlook on myself and my future....I hope to be a student of NBJ to be able to do that....

Here is the next trip report!

2 days later, not at the same casino. I arrive there just before 7 AM. I want to see the new cards prep. I am again at the high stakes, $100 table. After seeing the wash and shuffle, I am certain they are going for box order clumped cards. I am correct. I am playing head to head. Pretty dead this morning. I don't need to spread to 2 hands. I hand is perfect. So, I play the first base method and advantage betting. I forgot, earlier. The $25 table is 8 deck, hand held, the $100 table is 6 decks, both about 75-80% penetration. This game was around 40 rounds or 35? I play straight forward, strictly $100 low bets, which I won 3 units then end of the first shoe, and I played table max of $2,000 for high bets. The end of that first shoe, I am up $26,300. Second shoe, worked best with 2 hands, still first base play and left hand was a sacrafice. The end of that shoe on sacrafice I am down $600, that's 3 units because 2 hands I must bet minimum $200 each hand. First base hand, break even on low bets of $200 and High bets were different this second shoe. I noticed I would not win the first high bet often enough to go table max. I noticed I would a little more than not win a high bet but, if I lose a high bet, I would almost always win the second high bet. A few times I had to go to a third high bet and all 3 times I won the third high bet. So, on high bets I use a prog of 1-2-4, $500-$1,000-$2,000. Low bets on first base I break even and lost $600 on sacrafice. End of this shoe, I am up $4,400. At first base I am up this shoe alone $5,000 minus $600 on sacrafice is $4,400. So, now both shoes total, I am up $30,700. Next shoe, 2 players enter. Now we are a 3 player game in shoe 3. I notice first base or advantage betting will not do well. I pretty much know third base will do well. I take my chips to switch to seat seven. The dealer tells me I can't do that because it is a NO MID SHOE ENTRY TABLE. I already know that! He says by me leaving my seat, taking my chips to seat 7 is re entering the game. What a bunch of sore losers. They are great at winning and they are so nice to you when you lose! So, I watch a whole shoe, free. I am now at seat 7 watching a soe go by. Next shoe, same players are there. I start flat betting table min at seat seven. So, I then go full force at a 1-4-6 ($300-$1,200-$1,800) I do well but, I notice I am almost always winning my 1 bet of the prog, my first bet. So, I go $500-$1,000-$2,000. Table max is $2,000. The best was when I had table max bet out of $2,000 and get 2 Aces and by what is running and the history of the game, I split. I get 2 Tens, 2 21's. I win it. That round, I just won $4,000. twice I had a high bet and got a blackjack. Once on a $1,000 bet paying me $1,500 and the second on a table max $2,000 bet paying me $3,000. The end of this shoe alone, I am up 18 units of $300. I am up this shoe $5,400. Now at this table after only a few shoes, I am up a total of,

$36,100. Next shoe, 2 more jump in. Freinds of one of the the other 2 players. Now, we total a 5 player game. That shoe I am up at the end, still third base, 13 units of $300. This shoe I am up $3,300. Up a total of $39,400.

Next shoe a player spreads to 2 hands. Now we are playing 6 spots. Third base not so good. I went up 9 units, then down to even. Next shoe I watch a few hands, and leave the table. I see 1 player not doing well head to head at a $25 table, 8 decks, hand shuffled. They don't strip in their shuffle here! I notice he is in the most perfect adavantage betting game. I ask if I can bet ontop of his bets. He says fine. After he notices the few bets I tried on him he got BJ or 20 or 21 and the hands I didn't bet on him, he loses, he gets angry and leave. YES!!!! We have about half the shoe left to play. 8 decks, 2 cut off, 6 in play, half is 3 full decks in play left. I can do some real damage here! Table max is $500. I bet $25 low bets and table max of $500 on my high bets. In those 3 decks left, I NEVER lost a high bet. Broke even on low bets. There was a lot of high bets. More than normal. Low rounds went 3, once 4. High rounds went usually 3 or 2. But, it went more 3 in a row than 2. I win $5,500 this shoe. I am asked to leave. I forgot I was in an Indian reservation casino. Their territory, their rules! I leave after getting paid. I needed a few days off after that RUSH!! Both from the money won and being asked to leave by some big ass Indians! So, I made that morning, $44,900!!!! More trip reports later today or tonight. If not, then tomorrow!
