Question 2 is on page 7 of the NOR manual. There is a wealth of information in that manual. Read it, the read it again and when practicing, keep it close by to reference anything that you don't understand. It will make sense in a short amount of time but it does take time, effort and still more reading as the members here continue to play and improve as needed. Never stop learning!
