hey ellis, just got back from mohegan sun and experienced a truly up and down afternoon.the 50 year old man dealer on the 8 decks hand shuffle and i would make my $300 with no problem.there were 3 players and i was sequencing position 1st base and playing 1 hand and the next hand i would play 2 hands and back and forth.now, when they changed dealers the little women with perfect and exact deck shuffling was able to wipe many players out.i was one of the luckier players.all she would deal herself was 20's 19's and 21's.how is this possible?this happened everytime that she came on to deal.i know i could have got but where am i going, captive audience.i split Aces 5 times and lost every split.do you have comments, ellis thanks for being there.also, picked up $100 bucks experimenting with roulette, blacks and reds.

Hand shuffle 8 deck is what I learned on. How they do it is beside the point. You must avoid dealers you can't beat and stick to those

you CAN beat.

Splitting Aces is ONLY a good idea when solid tens are running. A pair of Aces, unlike what most players think, is NOT a good hand.

Basic Strategy doesn't consider the rule that you are only allowed 1 hit on each Ace. What if you get 2 lows? Now you are sunk

and you've bet twice as much money. I almost never split aces. Basic Strategy doesn't consider the fact that you ALWAYS get one

free hit on a pair of aces and nearly always 2 free hits (every time except when you get 2 tens). So with a pair of aces, you can

nearly always hit to a good hand. Think about it.

this is a good question....perhaps this dealer was better a cheating players through clumping??

Dealers don't cause clumping. It is the card pick up rules that cause clumping. Picking up the break cards first.

No matter what casinos say, the only purpose of picking up the break cards first is to create clumping and thereby

destroy Basic Strategy.
