ekotr
Recently I was in San Bernardino, CA and decided to check their casino (San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino). They have few substitute roulette tables with cards and arrow (like on wheel of fortune in LV). It looks like the outcomes should be completely random due to dealers inability to impact on this apparatus. Is anybody familiar with that? Can it be a source of MDB opportunities? Users brad01 Posted December 24, 2016 Users Report Share Posted December 24, 2016 I have been saying for a while that bacc theory can be applied to even money roulette. In some ways it's easier but the house edge is higher
