Keith Smith Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 I personally think its a waste of time to post on Baccarat Forums .com In any event many of you choose to do so and hey it's a free country and why not at least look at other options. The only thing that gets under my skin is when they start taking our information ( and why would they we are all asshole over here according to them) and publishing it on their forum. I started on the internet with winningways.com in 1995 and was Ellis's playing partner since 1990. We have worked hard and have taken on all critics, invited them to chat, to meet in the casino whatever they want. One thing we never did was take someone else's hard work, not only individually but collectively and passed it around. The driving force behind beatthecasino.com is if we can make a buck at it. Our product is proprietary information that our players and our system developers design. It is $50 miserable bucks a month to join our private forum. That is $1.66 a day to get our information yet some think they are clever when they copy our posts and proprietary forum information elsewhere. Let me tell you in 1996 I sued a clown who thought the same thing in Federal Court. When he realized how stupid it was he settled the case for all my expenses and damages from reselling the information and I got all the proceeds and then some. I will not hesitate to to do the same thing again and I have the money and resources to do it. So read my LIPS: STOP STEALING OUR STUFF The attached is what is being posted and passed around. If you get one please tell whoever sent it to you that it is copyrighted information owned by BeatTheCasino.com and being passwed around illegally. Here is what I sent to the web hosting company who hosts Baccarat Forums.comDear Webmaster,It has come to my attention that copyrighted material that is published on a private forum on my site is being distributed on a site hosted on one of your servers. I received this information via email from a member of my forum. I will pursue it legally if it is not removed as I did in Federal Court in 1996 against RustNet and Jerry Edwards who decided to do the same thing and did not stop after being reminded of the federal copyright laws. I want to give you a friendly requests as I am sure distributing copyrighted information on a hosted account is a violation of your terms of service.
