Thanks Sinatra1. Still, you can't win millions in BJ on comps alone or on Basic Strategy alone. If so, everybody would be doing it. You also have to KNOW what you are doing.

Most everyone today plays reasonable Basic Strategy. They STILL lose at a virtually guaranteed rate of 15%. You have to know a lot more than that. Don Johnson certainly did.

Also, the idea that the BJ house edge is only 1% is ridiculous. Anyone who has ever even watched a BJ game knows that within 5 minutes.

Casinos have been using that same party line for years. Yet their profits have been steady at 15% of drop for those same years.

Think about it! At a 1% casino edge it would take you 100 hands just to lose $10 if your average bet size was $10. Ask ANY 5$ BJ player how long it takes him to lose $10. Ha! I guarantee you he'll say someting a whole lot less than 100 hands - maybe 5.

You might ask what about the winning players? Let me let you in on a little secret. There are no 5$ winning BJ players. It's just a question of time.

OH, and note that Johnson WASN'T card counting. That is exactly what I've been trying to tell you for years. There are NO winning card counters - except in the movies.

Well if he wasn't card counting or play basic what possibly could he be playing. Heads up in a high stakes game anticipating the first 10. Where did he learn that at? If he wasn't counting he had to be playing a non random strategy which is what we teach. What other option is there?
