Reading the scoreboard

Recommended Posts

Hi all . It dawned on me I don't take enough of the scoreboard  into account, before making my betting decisions, and the results have not been favorable. I don't really understand the big eye road, nor the cockroach pig. Can you recommend any past forum content on this?

Thanks in advance

Mookie did a really nice write up on this, and listed a bunch of sources for further review in it...if you PM him , I am sure he will send it to you.

He presented it at our last BTC seminar, so Keith may have a copy as well.

     - In any event, feel free  give me a call and I'll be happy to explain how I use them to help clarify betting opportunities. Next time you are going to be here, let me know and will show you as well...

Yes....at the end of the document, there are some good links to other discussions of the derived roads...

Recommend that anybody serious about the topic should have a look!

( after all, it is Y.O.U.R. money going to be wagered...)

I ignore it.  Play on…

If two ties IAR , I generally pull my bet back, and wait.

most importantly, I don’t think there is any right or wrong answer in either case.

I'll back ups what @kachatz1 said. If we researched all the hands that occur after Ties, I would wager it would be 50/50 over the long term.
