Dear Ellis, I try playing even bet at the casino.... I found that without progression I cannot win much... With s40 sometimes i only win 3 to 5 chips..... Otb4l sometimes gives me 8 chips to win.... using U1D2M2 is disasterous when the shoe was against me... I loss 14 chips (2,3,4,5) and it is very hard to cover back when i move back to 2 chips..... Is there any other method is better than flat bet but less risk than the progression as I just mention.. Thanks.

Dear Ellis, Hi, Thanks for the infor. You are right on the NOR approach and I win almost every shoe in the casino just that sometimes I just win a few chip due to flat betting..... I try using Prog U1D2M2 with max of 5 losses... It does pretty well, I only look at OR count so far and I totally do not know when to start looking at the SAP what the SAP trying to tell me.... and I found that in the first 20 plays SAP count is not that important compare to in the middle of the shoe.... ( My casino plays a 6 deck mini Baccarat , its a fast game where they deal every 30 seconds, therefore left little time for me to decide on which system to use) Is there a summary of SAP count and which mode we should go into? Hi, I encountered a rather complicated shoe to me today. It started off with OR count of positive then turn into - ve at the end..... I was confuse whether should I change system once I see a negative and change back to S40 when I see a positive...... In this shoe I started off with S40 at play #6 and I change to F2 at play # 31 and change to OTB4L at play #36 then I was very confuse..... and only goes to F2 in play 53 and the shoe ends there. (Our Casino uses a 6 Decks only so the shoe ends roughly in 60 plays or so including ties)

You have given me a clear picture about placing bets on S40., but I quite understand what is the meaning of -3, is it mean that if I kept betting opposite and the outcome is streak for 3 times , then I start to bet streak all the way until it turns around? The Prog for U1D2M2 when do we end if the situation gets adverse, is it 5 units then we go back to 1 or D2 to 3 units..? You are right the shoe before this one is also ran up to a O/R count of 8 then went back down to 5 and mingle around that region.....

Yes, Progression can be the key to winning, I always flat bet but sometimes it seems that I cannot win much ... and in some shoes just break even. I am afraid of progression because like the above example , If half of all my bets are correct in the first 10 hands then the next 10 hands all my decision is wrong then it could be devastating.... but I know this could not be the case .

what is the meaning of SS 2-3 OP 3-4 ,OTB4L 4-5 ThaNKS.

I am new to s40 basic. I went to the casino today try to use S40, when LC appear to be 2,3 and 4 and I started to bet repeat but all of the bets were loss because it keeps on opposite until 1's there is 11 and 2's count is 2 and 3's remain 4 point and 4's 0. I waited for 5 hands before placing my bets. Can anyone lead me thru what am I suppose to do before start placing any bets? What is TB4L vs OTB4L ? thanks.

I am new to this forum. I am curious about the S40 system. Does the system tells you when to bet on what ? Does it involve card counting? I am interested in purchasing the system on the other are afraid of the system is just not working. Anyone knows how good is system?
