  1. Hi Ellis, you seems in veeery good shape! so happy in seeing you again! ciao andrea
  2. Hi Grat, you can do this simply adding an O/T count (OTBL: add +1 VS TBL: add -1). When the count is "-" the shoe is streaky, if is "+" OTBL is favourite. I normally check this too... ciao andrea

  4. Tx Paul for your TR. I was in AC in 2007; even id didn't impressed me it was a bit more animated. I remember that in Trump Plaza I had a discussion with the dealer and pit boss as free hands didn't were allowed. I asked if for the casino was more rewarding to pay a dealer for not-to-deal cards... ...so things are different now. In another forum there was written something similar, even worst, with many homeless all around and some people robbed near the boardwalk. However LV it's my first choice! Hope to come back in 2012. ciao
  5. Hi guys, just come back from Dublin (Ireland) where I spent the last 3 days with my wife and a couple of friends. The town is very nice and full of young people! There are a lot of clubs offering baccarat games. One night we went to the Fitzwilliam card club, it's the one you see while connecting to the dublinbet.com site. I was curious to see that place where I played on-line several times. There's just one bac table with 10-40.000 limit; it's a no-commission baccarat but it's not like EZ-bac this is slightly different: simply when B wins with a 6 your pay-out 2:1 (bet 10 get 15), with any cards dealt. I was betting 1, 1.5, 2 and this doesn't hurt me but the game is faster than usual. The club is little but the atmosphere is familiar; as new members they comped us with 10 eu chips and a deck of cards, a nice souvenir! I played just 3 shoes this night: 1st and 3rd easy with nice runs; my scores have been +4.5, +1, +5.5 with no real troubles. A nice experience in this place! ciao
  6. I must say that the OT count helped me in this decision. It turned positive being negative for the whole shoe. I found this signal affordable. I'm used to work with OT count instead OR because it helps me in taking decisions in "OTR" bets. Lesson of the day: learn to deploy ALL your tools to take "informed" qualified decisions. ciao
  7. Hi Ellis, you could download a good wordprocessor at: www.openoffice.org It's compatible with all microsoft aplications ciao
  8. Hi Guys, 2nd appointement with sunday bac tourn. Another time me and Zebra was winners!!!! This time I was 1st for money won and 2nd for bets won. Zebra was 2nd in money but 1st for bets won. Do you think this is casuality? B.T.C. MEMBERS ALWAYS ON TOP!!!!!!!! ciao andrea
  9. ...one more thing about it: notice that I deployed the OT count instead of OR. I find it very useful, it helps me in OTR options or, like it has been here, jumping on OTBL bets. From play around 30 to 70 it stayed negative but from 70 it became positive; at this point I thought that it was a 2s recovering so I switched to OTBL after a confirmed 2s till the end. ciao andrea
  10. Hi Ellis, your idea is similar to what explained in my tournement report. My plan was to skip the 1st bet (in Sys.40) if 1s were low and then continueing as per stated rules. This is a good solution to keep every system flexible. What people I think can't understand is that training and practicing are a MUST before going into casino. Every professional athlete spent hours training every day, why we shouldn't? Bac is a hard sport! When I hear someone laming about a system that doesn't work I always think that with some practicing you could fit the shoe; you'll never win all shoes but a huge % YES! BTC systems works in the correct spot but you must put something yours if you want to build a career in bac. Hard work and training always pay. I know that the most experienced player here like PJ or MVS play EVERY day, analyze their scorecard, learn a new lesson every given day! BTC gives you the car, a super sport car, but are you able to drive it? How long it takes to you to know your new car? To get the edge? ciao andrea
  11. Hi guys! I subscribed in a Baccarat Tournament between members of BaccaratForums, It was a challenge between members, to prove our skill and learning sources. I decided to start with System 40 from S40A because I find it quite flexible and because I'm quick to change on my feet to fit the shoe at hand. . My plan was to wait few hands initially (I started at pl.6) to see how the shoe was starting and to adapt the system to the outcome. Even if not in the rules, in case of very low 1s my idea was to skip the 1st bet, starting from the 2nd of the series. Fortunately the shoe was mostly choppy and I didn't need any variations. I started flat betting and then switched to 1,2,3. No higher bets were needed. It helped also the fact that till the 2nd half of the shoe no 4s appeared so I set 4s as culprit and this held up to the end. I made a couple of mistakes during the tournament, esp. due to typing otherwise my score would have been higher. Notice that I was 1st in the 2 categories: the HIGHER SCORE and the HIGHER NUMBER OF BETS WON. This is due to the correct reading of the shoe according to SYSTEM 40 method and a little adjustment from play 70 to 84 where I switched to OTB4L to catch a 2s run. The strength of this system is the flexibility and with little adjustment you can make it fit every shoe. Naturally it takes some learning effort and practicing before fighting the casino but results are guaranteed if you stick to your plan and NEVER DEVIATE from it! good shoes everyone! andrea
  12. yes they are! an event is like a 1s, 2s, 3s and so on... try to be selective with your bets... ciao
  13. Hi BK, I agree with most of your post. I'd like to emphasize the importance of SELECTIVE BETTING. As I wrote in a previous post, actually I'm more selective with my betting placement. Every shoe is weak (beatable) in a certain point: HIT'N'RUN dude! When I comfortably earn 3-5 units in a shoe just waiting for the right spot with no effort, I'm done with it! Then I sit out and, relaxed, wait for another good spot. It's true that you can miss large gains but I'm satisfied with it! Someone likes run the marathon, others 100 mtrs! ciao
  14. I play regularly at BO and both shoes and payements are regulars.
  15. In Europe all casinos are smoke free! I'll wait for you guys! ciaooooooooooooooooooooooo
  16. ...one more thing: WHY should we waste our life when we're doing something interesting and (often) amusing? How many people spend money for playing golf even if they'll never be another Tiger Woods? And not talk about cars or bikes!
  17. As I have some time to spend in this period I want to tell my opinion in all of this stuff. I'm playing bac from several years and enter in a casino for the 1st time in oct, 1986; this doesn't mean nothing in itself but I can say that I'm successful at this game. I've had from the beginning a professional approach, disciplined, not greedy, sticking to my pre-stated MM plan. I can't say that I've always won but I won consistently much more than I've lost and this is the most important thing. Then I met Ellis and his private forum where I learnt a lot, much more than in many past years of study and knowledge of the game, this work is never done! I think that the biggest error that "math men" do is to consider a shoe a "perfect sample"; this is wrong, where the hand of a man is involved the game is biased some way, also assuming that casinos doesn't effect shuffling (lol). If the shoe is biased you can take advantage of this. Every shoe is weak somewhere, take advantage of it and don't be greedy! Are you able to get 2-4 units and exit the shoe? Do you want a winning system? Here it is: - wait for at least 8 events; - check 2s and 3s only; - choose that one is more above avg: if 2s are high bet opposite after a 2 in a row; if 3s are high bet for a repeat after a 2 in a row and opposite after a 3 in a row: - prog is 1, 1.5 - exit the shoe at +2/-4 Let me know if you don't win nothing with this! In the last months I decided to be much more selective with my plays: if you choose the better conditions SHORT TERM and leave, you can attack every shoe with success! Every shoe is weak at a certain point; with some skill you'll beta it! Patience, discipline, knowledge and you'll be a winner! ciao andrea
  18. Hi Joe and welcome in our group. The first advice I must give you is to PRACTICING a lot before fight real tables. If you think to be well prepared, play "for fun" 20/50 shoes at Bet Phoenix and see results. Even if live play is different from many more things that are involved, more you'll practice, more you'll be successful. You'll also have an idea about playing at casino's speed. Make your own plan: stop-loss, winnings protection, max bet and STICK TO IT! About systems to put in play watch religiously your SAP CHART: you'll find there the infos you need; remember that when the pattern is changing, this is less reliable: stop and wait. I suggest you, at least initially, to be selective in your plays: apply a system just when you're sure, otherwise WAIT! You'll see that when you'll be more experienced things will be easier than now! good work! ciao andrea
