So one of the things I want to talk about today is how systems evolve and develop. And it started churning in my head from a question that I get a lot. You know, someone asked me about a play session and it wasn't the first time is why do you track disparity? And the answer that I wanted to say immediately was I'm really not sure. To be honest with you that's the truth. I'm not really sure why I track disparity, but what I am sure about is that I have a theory about something that I'm trying to prove with this one little tidbit of information. This one statistic that I track and find interesting I think is the key to it. And I'm looking at strong side to be honest with you, to find out what statistic other than just looking at the game and assigning relevance to which side wins the most and which one has two in a rows and the other side doesn't have one in a rows, which side is stronger by another statistic. And this investigative thought and idea is something that I promote at beat the casino. And my point about this is not necessarily just this statistic, but in everything I hear a lot of, I'm coming up with this approach and it's not quite ready yet and I can't release it or I can't tell anybody about it because it's not presented right. And, and this isn't, it isn't a kind of the philosophy of the forum. We're not marketers to you once you're a member, we're not marketing you a system to play. We're marketing a think tank of ideas and some of those think tanks if some of those ideas are complete. I remember starting about talking about the two-high system and Ellis developed the two -high system and it was really clever. I have to be honest with you. And uh, everyone was kind of asking for the release, asking for the release, asking for the release. And he kept delaying it and delaying it as I've done with other things too. And he said it wasn't ready yet. It needs to be perfect. And that's what system sellers do. They try to get it as close to perfect as they can, which of course is an unattainable goal. You know, you have to be, uh, satisfied with what you're given at this particular point. And that's when I started to learn the philosophy of how to run a a think tank that looks at winning is, first of all, there'll never be anything that's perfect. And every time you look at systems, there's always going to be a tweak. There's always going to be something that it loses too. But it's this presenting it to the crowd that triggers everyone else to think when you give a system or an approach or an idea, no matter how complete or how incomplete, at least we have something to work with. And that's the idea of the forum. That's the power of the forum. So with my thing with tracking disparity, I threw it out there and hope that someone else would take off with it because I'm not trying to show you that. Just use disparity and you'll find the key to the kingdom. Perhaps disparity could be used when tracking natural switches. I remember talking to some folks about the latest thread that Canada Bac um, very interesting stuff that he posted and very insightful and a wonderful contributor to, he's talking about his, he looks for natural switches and of course, you know, the statistic is what has happened before will maybe perhaps something into disparity that I mentioned can tie into his natural approach or perhaps maybe the disparity counts of other events as in 5d could help his disparity for naturals or perhaps something in a XTB that's coming up will help him with disparity counts. You see what I mean? We're always looking for something that is the valid statistic. When W84IT for it mentioned the, uh, visual five d, if you think about it for a second, he put it up and he showed you some examples and, and he said, well, I don't really play it yet. Well I will hope now that you have the information and see we have members who are friendly and all about helping each other succeed you will consider joining us.

I was contemplating how to gain members and to help some of the folks who play casually. I gave this much thought while I was in Vegas observing players. The reason members join is due to an inability to win consistently. I know that the reality is that the vast majority of players I see will have lost their money, many lost more than what they can afford. Developing players became even more of a calling while I was sitting in the Palazzo playing roulette with @W84it . He said that joining BeatTheCasino.com was the best thing he ever did to improve his game. That was satisfying to hear. As I reflected on many of our current members, every long-term member bought most all approaches and attended seminars. They have patiently struggled, invested, thought through, evaluated, and “tweaked” each approach to try to win with it. We tweaked MDB, NOR and others to name a few approaches. The “tweaks” were positioning them in the correct game and trying to eliminate the massive variances that occur. Unless you learned to do this you lost. Follow the Shoe takes a long time to master. What Ideally happens is a new member evolves into a serious player over time. This happens when they realize that with study and help one can consistently win. There is a certain amount of intelligent subjectivity and casino acumen that develops from the experience of years of playing. This is one aspect that is only gained by time. However; if you take the time to study, think, reflect and learned more you can achieve consistent winning. The question is always how much can I win. I believe the honest answer is I don’t know. You actually do shoe selection if you play seriously in the current game you are in. If you don't see what you want to see or cannot figure it out you choose not to bet, or bet very little thereby selecting in real time what shoe to play. I think we have come to discover that in a sense that it can be best to observe by using statistics in the current game to determine if you want to play so in my view that is shoe selection by analysis in a game, but not as a drive-by scanning of the game via tote board.

For the sake of transparency yes auto renewal is the norm and of course to support this forum we need members who stay, the guys who jump in and out are OK but better to stay and support the cause and continuous learning. I think with all the great players here it is a privilege to be a member perhaps that is arrogant but I do believe that. Also, it should be clear that you cannot jump in find a system and win. Honestly, as soon as I was successful at the club atmosphere OTHER FORUMS changed to it. I wish I did have 1000 members so we can get the price a lot lower and have more players looking at things. I have had it go both ways if you come to me and say hey I missed canceling and no longer wanted it, I ask well why don't say this last month and enjoy the forum and cancel it now as you have always had the power to cancel it. If you raise holy hell about the 50 bucks then I will usually just reverse it to be honest but I guarantee you will never get back in our club. If you pay with PayPal and use funds from your pay pal balance and did an auto-renew they will generally never give it back to you, if you paid with a credit card from PayPal they generally will always favor you even if you provide very little evidence which is really unfair to the club. I have had people pay with a credit card say they wanted it canceled, provided no proof and had 4 months reversed even after sending documentation they logged in. go figure. The ones that bug me are they player that sign up for some reason an error occurs they don't get access by mistake and then dispute the charge rather than simply calling me. They always claim they did. My number is all over the forum and at the bottom of every page. I spend at least 2 hours a week answering disputes of PayPal and providing details, its a real pain in the ass for the 50 bucks and knowing they will never come back again anyway. If access is screwed up it is certainly not by design, the invoice wasn't paid in time or the communication between PayPal and the forum is broken and the forum software revokes your access. I don't go in and pick people and do it manually yet when it happens all the messages I get assumes I did which is a bit funny, why would I do that to a customer to get them mad? If you don't like the auto-renew take the manual check option for 6 months at least you will have time to absorb everything and not have to deal with credit cards. If the 99 to start streteches your budget you have no business playing anyway. The entire philosophy of the forum is there is no easy way and you must stay and study. IF you want a rote easy way to play you won't find it here. We are a club of players always trying to learn a better way - leaving no stone unturned. Look at this item not as describe really! Its a club. Wanted to cancel but I didn't so give me my money back all day long. I don't even answer them anymore what's the point so frustrating they wanted to grab the information for free. Trying to run an honest fair club and you get these scamsters over at other forums and I get bombarded with this shit here.
