  1. Thanks Ellis for the great NOR system.

    Just finish my 4th Session, another $ 5,000 =)

    The shoes are random, but NOR will put you back in place. Do not rush for big win, nor big lost.

    Just be consistent and believe in the NOR system.

    Now what am worry is that I win too much and got banned !

    But as long as am not the biggest bettor, i guess will be fine - always under the radar.

    Waiting for the withdrawal now

    What online casino did you play at? Are u in the states?

  2. Of for goodness sake VIC. The seminar was $299 I gave a $50 dollar discount for early bird. In addition, it was much more expensive to come to the the Seminar with hotel and transportation. If were lucky VIC we'll make a thousand dollars on the videos, no one making a killing here. That means me and Ellis will each get $500 The last member for the forum I sold was August 27th holy cow I am allowed to make a few bucks at this can't I??? We really have nothing more to sell once you buy in and all other revenue for the forum comes from new members and believe me it's not easy getting them. Do you see any new faces in the private forum?

    Let's see we took David to AC and he tripled his bankroll playing 6 shoes with us. You don't think it's quality stuff and worth it?

    OK. First. I do not begrudge you the chance to try and make some money with your forum. That's fine. I may not understand why it is such a priority for you considering both you and Ellis are expert baccarat and blackjack professionals who can make money whenever you'd like. But that's not the point.

    You said the cost of the videos was less that the seminar and it isn't. The added cost of transportation and lodging are my own business. Bottom line you charged $249.00 for the seminar and the video is more. Maybe you could reconsider how much you are charging for the seminar videos...that was my reasoning for pointing out the discrepancy in the first place. I had hoped it was just a oversight and maybe the cost would come down but I guess that's not going to happen.

    And to answer your last question if I think its worth it at $300.00? No I'm sorry I don't think its worth it. I would be wise to wait for the chance of spending my $300.00 on a Vegas seminar. Its like being faced with the choice of buying a new car or the video of the new car for the same price...which would you rather spend your money on?

    In any case my post wasn't meant in malice, sorry for tipping the apple cart sort of speak.

  3. Folks,

    Here is the training seminar we have planned for August 13th. The Early Bird Price for members is $249.00. Ellis and myself will be presenting and answering questions. We will be covering all NOR topics and taking all questions.

    The course will be 6 hours long. Afterwards we can all go to the Casino whether it be Hollywood Casino in Grantville or up the road to the Sands in Bethlehem.

    Non Members the cost is $795.00.

    Details will be sent to those who register.

    Ah why is the complete video series $300 which is $50 more than the seminar price? One would think you would offer the video at a discount from the seminar. After all, for the seminar price you get one on one counseling, and question answering...you get table time with Ellis and others...etc. With the video series all you just get a recording of brief moments of time that were taken out from the entire weekend. What am I missing?

  4. Well, that's really not a good way to look at it. Don't set any kind of goals before you see what you are up against in the casino. Your casino days will range anywhere from very easy (vivid biases) all the way to totally unplayable. You don't want to be setting a goal of 4 units and then end up in a shoe where you could have made an easy 30 units. Likewise, you don't want to be going for 4 units in a shoe where you should be quitting at +1.

    The same with raising the stakes. NEVER do this at home before you get to the casino. That is suicidal. In a good shoe where you are winning most of your first prog bets (winning bets in a row), it is your duty to advance to the 234 then the 345 or even U1D2 M3 B2. See that? You already raised your unit didn't you but you did it in a safe way at an ideal time. It is all about taking advantage of situations but also knowing when to retreat.

    Don't put yourself in with the class of player who always plays a specific unit - the guy who asks, "What unit size do you play?" They just don't get it. They are losers.

    No, go by what the traffic will bear in the conditions you find yourself in. Sometimes you should be betting black. Other times you should be on your way home.

    There was a thread long ago here where you said the same to me or someone else and I think above all else I have always remembered that.

    Your advice to not establish a predetermined system or unit amount, unit goals, etc... before you even get inside the casino and have a look. Are today's conditions are good or bad? That makes a world of sense to me.

  5. Yes, thanks to all for the help & support.

    I'm trying now to decide how to proceed ...

    1) Return to the lion's den at Horseshoe IN-

    Pro's: plentiful tables, fast games;

    Con's: factory pre-shuffled cards, several-day old cards at floor tables (no fixed replacement schedule, so never know when they're new).

    2) Rivers IL-

    Pro's: relatively easy shoes the last two sessions, and new cards at floor tables at 9AM;

    Con's: very long games, very crowded, factory pre-shuffled cards.

    3) Harrah's IL-

    Pro's: hand wash/hand shuffled cards, new cards every noon;

    Con's: only 1 table, must be seated to bet, 1/3 bet rule

    Any suggestions and advice would be much appreciated.

    Go with the hand shuffles hand washed shoes....IMO they will have the most exploitable bias for you.

  6. In my experience at Horseshoe, I'm finding they are not. I've played 2 games at these new cards tables and lost both, and I've watched many other shoes at these tables, and they are all over the place - chop, streak, neutral, random, changing - there does not seem to be any consistency at all. It appears as random as random can be.

    If this is the case, I wouldn't play there. Unfortunately it may be the only casino near you but if the Horseshoe's conditions suck, avoid that casino...save up for Vegas once or twice a year. Just my 2 cents.

  7. Should have stopped at Hand 52 with a +20u win, but I'm a little giddy from the success in this shoe, and I feel like "experimenting." In my mind, though, I know that if I were playing with big stakes, it'd be the right time to exit. Right now, I'm doing this more for experience and learning, not so much for money, so I press on to see what happens ...

    I can understand for the need to experiment, but do it with pencil and paper once you have, STEPPED AWAY FROM THE TABLE! lol:wink:

    Never throw away 20 units from a shoe. So much for the experiment. Do you think you'll ever let yourself do that again? :confused:

    Reading that you dumped all those units made me sad. Please don't do that again, my heart can't take it....

  8. BigVic! What are your goals with you blackjack this year?

    That's a hard question to answer. The vague answer would be to change my losing profile to a winning one....I am new to blackjack, up until recently craps was my game, my over all losing game....

    If I were to put a dollar amount on my goal, I would say, for the year, a cool 100,000 would be a target that would change my complete outlook on myself and my future....I hope to be a student of NBJ to be able to do that....

  9. On the private BJ forum you now have free access to the infamous NBJ audio tapes, the even more infamous WCB audio tapes as well as the Home Practive video that shows you exactly how to set up and conduct your home practice sessions. That's still just the beginning.

    QUOTE]

    I am a new NBJ member so please forgive me but I can't seem to find NBJ audio tapes or the Home Practice Video. Could someone PM me and let me know where to find them?
