MVSeahog
All, Not many of the guys and gals in the private area post up here but I figure this one shouldn't bother anybody. I had to go to the airport to pick up a good friend and as always, we hit the local Indian casino on the way home as it's "only" about 30 miles out of the way to get there. He hits the poker machines as does my wife and I wander over near to the only two baccarat tables in the place, of which one actually has somebody playing! The last time I was here I couldn't even get on a table let alone monitor it for a short while. Anyway, I checked the lone player's scorecard and it was showing about a big runs of basically 1's and 2's for about first 10 hands or so. I watched the next hand come out and it was another "OPP" so I plunked down five hundred and figured I'd try to pull a quick hundred out of this table before we had to leave. Didn't even give them my player's card as I wasn't planning on staying that long on an "obvious" choppy shoe. Of course, once I start wagering, the table goes stone cold streak. Starting P5326. Arrrgh. NOR does account for this and at hand 12 it finally hit me to move to "F2" and play out the streaky nature of the shoe! Yep, that solved it for basically the rest of the shoe. Wound up +12 while losing the last two wagers! High bet was 2 units. Anyway, here's the shoe from the time I jumped in. System 40 was the opening play based on the information I had at hand from the other player's scorecard and my short monitor until it pointed to F2, which I then played. We do not have tote boards at my casino. P5326112 P11251411112 P22 MVS Quote What's an MVSeahog?

MVSeahog
lovely shoe everYes, and if I'm reading that scoreboard correctly, I show something like +18 running basic NOR on it using the new start and a very conservative staking plan.MVS Quote What's an MVSeahog? Guest
P5326112 P11251411112 P22 MVSBTW guys, the new game start rules help OTB4L out tremendously in this shoe. Had your started M3 you'd hit your stop loss. They turn a loser into a winner! This just keeps happening. But F was the way to go.

topstep1
The game can be beat but you'll never learn how by yourself or from other players no matter how devoted you are.I Learned by myself and I average 8-12 units per session . Right now I usually win 4 out of 5 sessions. I am literately 12 miles from a Casino , (door to door). Being up is not a problem , Its knowing when to leave. current record. Month of Sept Sat 7th -+6 units Sun 8th-+7 units Mon 9th-+7 units Tue 10th-+6 units Thur 12th - +7 units Fri 13th - +8 units Sat 14th- +7 units Sun 15th - 0 breakeven Wed 18th - + 9 units Thur 19th - (- 12 units) rough day acted stubborn could have left at breakeven but I was determined to beat THAT GAME ( Some games just cant be beat ( lesson learned)Mon -23rd (-7 units) decided to take a couple days break , think I was burned out Thur - 26th - +10 unitsFri - 27th -+9 unitsMon- 30th - +32 units- Beautiful shoe ( doubled up quite a few hands should have had more than 32 units but was too conservative THIS IS A TYPICAL MONTH FOR ME ...TRYING TO GET UP TO BLACK UNITS (THE GOAL). Keep track of ur daily play , Be true to ur self .I made Money last year and I felt good .It let me know I'm on the right path...The bottom line is knowing when to leave, Every session is not going to be a runner , I play 2-3 shoes thats it!!!! I leave a lot of times ahead because it builds confidence in what I'm doing , My trigger is +4/ for s40 and -4 for repeats ....in between I might play OTB4L IF ITS GOING GOOD and when I say going good it has to be leading by more than 50% against TB4L , I keep track of all. ( Made my own play card)Study and practice at home !!!!! IF U DON'T WIN AT HOME DURING PRACTICE SESSIONS HOW ARE U GOING TO WIN IN A REAL CASINO ?THE MORE PRACTICE SHOES U RUN THE MORE U LEARN ............ Went there several times last six months and could not stand the slow pace of play!So instead, I just got up and walked around the tables between the main pit and the hi- limits room ($50 min)Once you have the 3 NOR systems down pat, easy to float from table to table and look for spot opportunities to bet ... Lots of " betting over people's shoulders" going on there!Far more relaxing, and you should easily make same # units as you look for grinding out through 3 shoes there... Not sure if this is where you play or not, but give it a try some time...perhaps you already have...
Guest
Right, I've heard about that Chicago casino and how slow it is with all that back betting. I corresponded with one of the main players there on ImSpirit who was $20,000 ahead with about a 12 step progression betting Bank only.I told him he was headed for ruin. All he needed was a couple Player dominant shoes in a row and there goes $20,000.Never heard from him again so I guess.....But he sent me some shoes. They were extremely OTB4L favorable. This was because of their standard card prep every shoe.Made me want to go there and clean them out. But 2-3 hours per shoe.....Gold Strike, Tunica MS, is much like DarkValefor says. A half to an hour per shoe. My kind of game.

They cleaned house Edited November 1, 2013 by topstep1
