Is there already a group formed and if not, are there any NOR friends from this part of the world who would like to meetup and learn/share about NOR? It would be good to meet and learn from your experience if possible.Yep, that's a good way to learn! Singapore is tough with their preshuffled cards. I think a 5 or 6 unit average is good there. Might want to hang out with Witchygal or a few others.Singapore is a good example of why I think preshuffled cards should be illegal everywhere.
