bac-cracker
Hey All,When listening to the 4D seminar, there was a time where Ellis stated, after a 2, it might be better to play a TT run in case it happens.I don't know what was confirmed or if we set up a system for this yet. Since we know we are coming up with a 3 bet, which side do we go on and is this a variable if it doesn't happen, we don't do it next time?Anyhow, your help is appreciated so see what we should do.Thanks
bigcash2002
I have the same question. I think Ellis wanted us to assume a 2nd TT run follows the first 2IAR???
kramden
After practicing and playing the 4d for a short while... It seems like most shoes at most casinosare so "unbiased" that you must suspect a change up in the count you havebeen following after it has gone for "a while". This includes the low disparity counts. Anticipation and risk of one unit flat , here and there, might just be a good thing to practice. That is, I personally find that a hard and fast rule cannot be used always. A player must be more "fluid". So it does not seem like a bad idea to test for a TT using one unit, whenever the shoe seemslike it could switch. Actually, it seems prudent to do it often because the nature of the shoes I Seealways try to keep the outcomes toward ot4bl/low long runs. But be forever vigilant for a count that keeps on running, positive or negative. Call those shoesa gift from above. (stop and reevaluate after a few losses iar would be my only"hard and fast/ absolute rule)Hope this helps!
Users bluetri Posted December 10, 2013 Users Report Share Posted December 10, 2013 In a previous post, Ellis said that he had re evaluated the "assume a TT run" idea and said anyone interested in his new idea should ask by private message. I did and it is a good idea with valid reasoning. Remember, ultimately we are still looking at what will work "most of the time". Shoot him a PM and he will send you his thoughts, or I could copy and paste it in a PM
