  1. I always try to sit on one of the corners, and move my chair just a little bit away from the person next to me. Keep my mouth shut, ignore everyone, and focus on my scorecard. It just seems to work for me. And definitely stay away from the maddening crowd on a Friday or Saturday night.
  2. Wise words from Vin (Lou30) very confident, and I am not surprised, as I have seen an example of his skill in baccarat. Bottom line, you have to master yourself, and also the game. One aspect without the other just doesn't get the job done. Those are the true qualities of a professional, no matter what it pertains to. Johnny Manziel is a great example of "knowing the game" but not mastering himself. Wise words also Pando, in not letting anyone intimidate you or the game you are playing. Dealers, pit bosses, people, all will distract you........but only if you let them. You are not there for them.......you are there for the purpose you have, and nothing else. It's like you are busy working in your office, and you have to focus to get the job done. Allow NO distractions......NONE. Be the tip of the sword......sharper than sharp, the best of the best. Those other people aren't going to pay your losing bets, ignore them.
  3. What is your greatest weakness, that you deal with "PERSONALLY" in baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sports betting, etc. This is not any about any strategy, or method. I will start it off by saying mine is when I am tired, mentally, emotionally, and physically. There are times I have pushed myself.....and I wish I hadn't. It is a proven fact, that a good nights rest improves every aspect of the mental, emotional, and physical. Being "sleep deprived" just doesn't cut it. As a popular tv add says, "Never under estimate a good nights rest".
  4. This a quote from someone that was on here. " "The original RD1 was a pretty straight forward method and although it had a good following, it did have a losing pattern that came up quite often. Then came RD1-H (hybrid) to fix one of the problems." May I suggest you use the search box on here, in the upper right hand of this page. Search both RD 1 and RD1-H. I would do it for you, but honestly after studying and practicing for 12 straight hours, my brain is toast. Personally, I honestly don't know how it works.
  5. thanks to everyone who chimed in on this informal survey
  6. I play baccarat for practice at BetPhoenix.ag I have a good working relationship with one of the casino mgrs. there as a friend and he has always been totally honest. Hand shuffled shoes, that are shuffled in view. Two baccarat rooms, one with 25 seconds between hands and the other with 20 seconds between hands for a faster game. Each with a 5.00 minimum bet. Also blackjack, (which I don't play) and roulette 5.00 min. with European wheel with just one green single zero, and no American layout of single zero and double zero, 25 seconds between spins. Only problem is sometimes the dealers for baccarat make mistakes at the end of the game, in not clearing the electronic tote board they have, and they deal a extra hand, which shows up as the first hand on the next shoe that hasn't been dealt yet, giving a false decision for anyone coming in late after a shoe has started. Not all the time, but it does happen enough for me to mention it. So, it's best to be present before the next shoe is started. There is also what they call a "fun money" mode where you can play baccarat for free, and you can switch from fun money mode to real money mode easily. They do kick you out of either real money mode and fun money mode, if you don't make a bet in about 6-7 hands dealt. While practicing, I will make a unit or two of real money, and I like to call that getting "paid to practice". Because the shoes are hand shuffled, I have seen some disparity and biases, that are extremely high in some shoes, that are 2-1 in total at the end of the shoe. So you know what that means.
  7. Great example of the 2.2.1 Keith. Every shoe I add to the stats for profit, I run the 2.2.1 betting on it, and it is amazing how well it does in a repeat type shoe. Thanks for sharing it.
  8. yes Wendel, no problem, and it is not my intent to be critical, as I was sincerely and respectfully wanting to understand. Thank you for the clarity. Good job my friend.
  9. my understanding of that Wendel, it would be, if that 3rd 1 is truly a 1, and confirmed by the next hand as a 1. If that 3rd one, isn't confirmed, it can turn in a 2,3, 4, etc, until it is also confirmed.
  10. Interesting point wolfat, which creates a question for me. Without the "confirmation" is that considered "betting in the blind" ?
  11. Mike, the Stats for Profit, is a awesome tool in so many ways.  I am sure you realize that, and the very least I can say is thank you, for your vision, hard work, and dedication to it.  It is making all of us better in what we do here.

  13. Hey there, my name is Rick, and I have back here about 2 weeks, after being away for 3-4 years.  I am interested in 4D, (which I have been digging into, learning, practicing) and naturally I was drawn to your thread about 5D.  Brad sent me the manual you made, (which I hope was okay for him to do)  and I have just now started digging into it also.  I would like to ask, if you might want to consider me a student in learning what you share.  I have 20 years experience in playing baccarat, and I am now at a place in life where I can devote the time, work, and practice in doing so.  I would really appreciate it very much if you do, and if you don't, I fully understand.  thank you, Rick

  14. okay, on AVERAGE, the chart I sent you will tell you what each is. The percentage average for a "1" is one time every 4 hands on AVERAGE. Most every shoe you play, for example, the 1's will be below average, close to average, average, or above average. There is no set "LAW" for a any number that it is going occur in any shoe. The shoe you share, if I am correct, has 26 1's in it. So, on average a 1 happens 1 in every 4 hands, 2 in every 8 hands, 3 in every 12 hands, etc. So you must take the number of 1's in a shoe that takes place, and then multiply the total number by 4, to see if the 1's are average, below average, above average, etc, according to the number of total decisions in a shoe. If another member here, reads this and can offer a better explanation for what cho is asking, please feel free to help in this matter.
  15. Go by the chart I sent you, for the average number of times a 1,2, 3, 4, 5 etc occurs in a shoe. Then, accordingly, when you multiply each number on the chart from your shoe, to what is average, above average or below average. If you are wanting the exact percentage of the total of the 1's in the shoe you just played, you have to get the total number of hands for the shoe, and then get the total number of the 1's in the shoe, to figure out the percentage of the 1's for that shoe, same for 2's, 3's etc. I believe I answered your first question, from the chart I sent you, as you asked for "the average probability out of all possible combination of shoes?"
  16. Reason I was asking, was to get a general idea of the direction members here were giving their priority to. It's great we don't all think alike, and different viewpoints can be shared for the same purpose and goals in mind.
  17. I agree Mike and Brad, I played along to attempt to get a reply of substance, and obviously there is no worth, value, or presence of sincerity.
  18. Welcome to BTC bry. How are things in Biloxi? I haven't been to Biloxi since Katrina.
  19. This is a limited one choice answer to your personal favorite. If you had to choose in baccarat shoes, what do you consider the most important aspect.......1. Count 2. Patterns 3. Events I realize it is a very simplistic question, but if you had to choose one of the 3, what would you choose?
