  1. Kev, They don't have tote boards where I play either. No problem as I just wait out the start of the shoe until I see an appropriate place to jump in. It's much easier when I play BetPhoenix as you can see the entire shoe as played, right up to the time you actually get into the room. A very nice feature, at least for me. MVS
  2. Dweezel7, Hmm, interesting start to your baccarat career, eh? What "shill" would post up here and for what reason? If you've gone back and read through some of the older message traffic here, you'll find many exchanges with members of the Private forums who post up and answer questions brought up by the public members. The fact that you registered here is a good sign for sure. Most just come in, take a quick look around, can't find a way to make $10,000 on their next trip to the casino, and leave. They never even make the attempt to learn something. There is a thread that I've answered a few dozen times and the basics of it can be found in this thread: http://www.beatthecasino.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5597&p=18334#post18334 So, if you'll go and check that out, do some reading, play the game a bit and see how you do, perhaps you'll come back and find out how to really play the game. I was a new guy here too almost a year ago. So far, it's been the best year of baccarat I've ever had. MVS
  3. Mark, I hate to sound like an advertisement to all of public members reading this thread but let me say publicly, "Thanks". I just pulled another +23 out of BPH and it's all from Maverick. MVS
  4. Hmm, I should get over here more often. Here's another shoe from Bet Phoenix tonight from around 8:30pm, May 7th, 2010. Pulled a nice profit out of this one. Test it against your play. MVS Bet Phoenix May 7, 2010 P2211121411121 B212131311212 P112316734
  5. Tom, You know, that describes both of those casinos perfectly! Valley of the Valium could be much better if they could get their stupid card readers to work on the first pass instead of retrying them 6 and 7 times before they take! At least it gives me more time to fill out the worksheet neatly and in time for the next bet! MVS
  6. Mark, Just dropped in on this thread and saw the information you compiled. Fantastic. Job well done. And thanks! MVS
  7. Yep, I got into the shoe late as it was already in progress when I showed up. Not to worry though, just finished up the "afternoon" shoe at BPH and got the 10 units back. We'll get back to "work" tomorrow afternoon. In the mean time, I'll try to nail down a more positive index to start on. MVS
  8. Steve, I started at hand 18 OTR on Bank and when that lost started in on OT at hand 19. MVS
  9. Well, it's not so much that I need "help" with the ADOT system, it's just that I finally ran into a losing shoe with it and didn't want to pollute the regular ADOT thread. I originally thought I might have started it on the wrong side, but when I went back to recheck it, it came out bad no matter which side it started out on! I guess that's why we have stop losses, eh? This shoe started ugly, stayed ugly and finished ugly with it never getting into positive numbers for me for the entire shoe, right up until I exited at hand 47 with a -10. I continued to play out the shoe for exercise and it finished at -8 or -14, depending on your own personal stop loss limit. Hey, into every life a little rain must fall and this the only sprinkle so far!! Anyway, for those who would like to test it or run it, I was on the BPH Table 2 ($10) this morning and here's the results. MVS Bet Phoenix - April 29, 2010 B141221123111 B435134 P111313111142 P21
  10. All, Figured this was a good place to put a remark about an online casino. It dawned on me early on with ADOT (and Maverick and NuSap) that when we go to the online venue, we really do get a slight advantage if you will, because most of the time we'll come into a shoe that's already in progress along with accurate statistics on that shoe. My last 4 shoes at BPH I came in somewhere after the 20th hand or so and once I plotted the information on my cards, I could run the system in play until it caught up with the current hand and when it looked like a good opportunity to jump in, I did! In today's shoe I entered around hand 40, did my homework and actually started live wagers at hand 47. Got a nice +15 out of it by hand 70 so I was done. When I was running the system play through the card up until my start, I would have exited the shoe at hand 37 with a +10 (my target) so it worked out quite well. So, when you see the shoe has already started without you, this is a good advantage to have. I'm not particularly fond of waiting for 10 or 15 hands to go by to get an accurate picture so watching the tables and picking one that "looks good at this point in time" is a very good option for online play. Besides that, the wife went to the casino today and I just couldn't deal with another session in the smokehouse. Got my target win while nursing a small glass of Cabernet and I didn't have to drive 120 miles! The wife should be home for dinner I think. MVS
  11. Howdy AroundtheBlock. Welcome to the board. Take some time and really look around for a day and I'm sure you'll start to get the feel for this forum. MVS
  12. Here's another one to work with from Bet Phoenix today. Enjoy. Pulled +15 out of this. BetPhoenix 2:30pm - - - 4-25-2010 B26321123 B7221111212 B111141263 B12122
  13. Patrickeregan, Now you're getting it! Well done on the search for answers! Maverick and ADOT appear to be the key plays at this point in time and I see you've found them both. MVS
  14. Here's an interesting shoe from Bet Phoenix last night. Not a streak of 4 anywhere to be seen! As posted in the private forums, NuSap just killed this shoe! MVS Bet Phoenix 4-21-2010 Table 4 P1123122112211 P211221111332 P12132122222 P11111113
  15. Welcome aboard! It is a bit chaotic for the first few weeks in here and believe me, we've all been there! If you'll spend some time reading back into the older messages, you'll most probably come up with most of the answers that you be having in the next few days. There are many really good messages back there and your particular question had a thread from November of last year. Here it is..... =========================== We use mostly 2 kind of counts: CS or OR: this means chop/streak or opposite/repeat. you add +1 for every opposite and -1 for every repeat O/T: this means OTBL/TBL (opposite time before last/time before last). in poor words you add -1 when you see repeat after a repeat OR an opposite after opposite and +1 when you see an opposite after a repeat or a repeat after an opposite. Both are very important for giving you the direction of the shoe. andrea ====================== Like I said, spend a lot of time reading and picking up the information and it will pay off in the long run. With that said, feel free to ask about anything that needs clarification or just something you don't understand. MVS
  16. Hmm, good question. As most of the system play here is based on watching and or monitoring an ongoing shoe, the use of an RNG game might not be the best venue to play in. It is my own PERSONAL opinion that RNG games are not to be played for real money at any time. It may look like baccarat but it's still just another computer generated game and you can do that at your own desk. I'm sure if you'll do an internet search for RNG vs LIVE baccarat, you'll be able to read up on it and make up your own mind. As I've never played any of these systems at an online RNG casino, I really can't say if they work or not. MVS
  17. Well, the long awaited check from my other sportsbook finally arrived so I made the deposit at Bet Phoenix based mainly on the comments here and in another forum about their payouts and play. I did watch the games there for a week or so and gleaned some full shoes to add to the testing pile. The bottom line for today's first test run of live play with money? An easy test shoe that came out +10 with no problems. Just 14 hands and we made today's target. I entered mid-shoe (Hand 33) in what appeared to be a nice, streaky shoe. It was. As usual, I'll 'test' in my own detailed way for another 9 shoes or so before moving "up" again. My thanks go out to all who gave reports of BPH in earlier messages. I'm kind of getting used to those clown sized cards now though. MVS (and no cigarette smoke too!!)
  18. Ellis, From the two times I've seen the card prep at our place, around 11am they break open a box that has 8 single decks in it. Each deck is then fanned out, counted and place to the side. After all eight decks have been checked, they are hand washed then placed into the two tier shuffle machine. I'll try to get there at a civilized time one of these days and watch it a bit closer, just to make sure. MVS
  19. Thanks for the comments, guys. I'll make the deposit later tonight after this evening's practice sessions. MVS
  20. I kind of hate to dredge up this old thread but has there been any concensus on Bet Phoenix as to whether it is THE place to play for real money? My "account representative" has called several times and I probably should drop a C note or two in there and start playing the live money tables as Maverick is doing quite well played over there for fun. I've got a nice "cache of cash" sitting on the shelf compliments of the Hard Rock casino, and putting a bit of it into BPH shouldn't cause any real grief if they turn out to be the error of the month. I think NBAProcapper says he uses them a lot with no problems for payouts as does Mreteuya and John1234 I think. So, any hassles or problems to watch out for? I probably won't take the bonus plans as it does interfere with payouts. MVS
  21. Beeegeeb, You most probably won't need it. Once you've practiced the play and understand what's happening, you should be able to put your practice into play. Heck, take a short road trip to Immokalee and play the Hard Rock casino down there. $10 tables until about 7:30pm every day! I still play there on the $10 table until they up the minimum to $25 and just keep on playing. I think the small table in Tampa is $50, but I'm not sure about that. MVS
  22. Beeegeeb, There is no video associated with the current Maverick system plan. It is entirely contained in two threads of on going discussion from players who are using it every day. Many examples and live play cards marked correctly and then commented by other players for errors, corrections or just general development. With the said, I would heartily recommend READING everything in the private areas once you become a member, so that you'll understand the why's and wheres of how Maverick came into being. I honestly don't think you can just read the general makeup of the Maverick plan and then jump into a casino with it. There is a learning curve that really isn't too difficult, but playing the system without a solid background of the methods involved may leave you "stranded" in the middle of a shoe just when you really need the knowledge to make the correct play. Maverick is NOT simply running a mechanical system. It's pretty close, but you WILL have to practice with it to make it perform the way our top guys are doing with it now. Me? I'm in the middle of the pack running Maverick. I've made some mistakes and posted them up. The group that's moved into Maverick explained my mistakes, why it lost and how it should have been played correctly to go on to win the shoe with no problem. So, if you're looking to pay your money, come in and get Maverick (or any of the other system plays) and then run out to the casino, you might not be happy for awhile. Reading and practice are your friends and they will both pay off in the end. I've been a fully paid up member here for nine months now (as of this writing) and I'm very happy with my results. MVS
  23. Excellent. I ran Maverick at U1D2M2 and got the target win of +10 by hand 23. I'm still not sure I can handle some of the later wagers in U1D2M2 but it works quite well. Largest bet was 5 and after I exited the shoe, it finished at +29!!! When it's working, it's working very well! Maybe I should set my target higher??? MVS (it was a rhetorical question, of course)
  24. Here's a nice live shoe we got out on the boat the other night. How'd it work for your method of play? B214423112 B2112113211221 B3231123(11)41 (that's a ZZ run of 11 in parentheses or eleven 1's) MVS
  25. I"ll take 87% of any casino game anytime I can get it. Well done. MVS
