I don't have as much knowledge as seniors and pros here but today I tested the water.Day 1I played 6 shoes and didnt perform table selection or biases because it's hard to find biases here so I use OR to start. Shoe 1 : Chop shoe ( + RM400 )Shoe 2 : Chop shoe ( + RM 500 )Shoe 3 : CHop Shoe ( + RM 600 )Shoe 4 : Chop Shoe ( + RM 100 )Shoe 5 : Chop Shoe ( + RM 1300 )Shoe 6 : Streaky Shoe ( + RM 300 )Summary :Total shoes played : 6Bought in : RM 1500 ( 30 units )Total winnings : RM 3200 ( 64 units )System selection : S40, F2Progression : 12345Max Drawdown : 4 unitsOn shoe 5, i increase my unit value. That's why I won more at that table. Sometimes ( Shoe 4 , 6 ) i felt it was hard to achieve the target ( 10 units ) so I decided to get off.I don't know my PA ( maybe Ellis can tell me ). It was a tough shoe but i managed to find a way out and produced some profit. Ellis, is it okay to switch twice??2. Neutral shoes because the or count was hovering between -2 and 2. First i use f2 and switched to otbl. Bur i got the wrong perception. I thought otbl was follow the time before last. What an idiot. but produced some profit here. [+500]. i was supposed can win more. 3. Neutral to streaky. I used otbl and switched to f2. [+1000]4. Chop. [+800]5. Chop [+1000]6. Neutral. I used otbl but once again i got the wrong perception. It supposed to be opposite time before last. I lose 3500 here. I hit the stop loss but didnt get up. Lack of dicipline. Idiot. After i lose, i was so pissed off. I want to make 1 bet of 3500 but i remember if i want to become a pro, that is not the way. It is a suicidal. So i decided to take a break and dinner and play as usual after dinner.7. Streak [+2000]8. Streak [ +1300]Summary Total shoes played 8Bought in 2kWinning 4500Progression 12345System selection s40, otbl, f2.I made my day today and learn something1. Dicipline. It costs me 35002. The more i play and practice, the more skillable iam. I can perform or, system selection with just seeing the toteboard. Ellis is right.Well, nor is a very powerful system. Pls notice i am suppose to win all shoes. I suppose to win 7k. But the important thing is i learn my lesson today and i remember what ellis said. Rome wasnt built in a day. It is so great when i walk in back to my room and know i make the day and walk as a damn fu-king winner. Oops, pardon my language. All my rooms are fully compedThis month have so many experience as I am a NOR newbie. I would like to thank Uncle Ellis, Keith, all my friends, and some BTC members who supports me and played along beside me here. NOR definitely makes me a better player but I still need to improve my play and control my emotion. I remember when I was down, some of BTC Asian encouraged me, "CORE, you are the best at Genting. You need to get up and do what you did before". The word "BEST" for me is so cruicial coz I want to become a damn pro bac player. Here is my summary for Novermber :Sytem play : OTBL, S40, F2, F3Progression : 1234, 1248, 1112, 112, 1212Highest winning in a day : 17KHighest losses : 20Kconsecutive winnings : 9 days in a rowconsecutive losses : 2 days in a rowAverage bet size : 50 - 100I will continue to burn Genting and improve my play. thank you for all people who supports me. I attach you my chips image ( Each chip worth 500RM. 1 row is 9K RM. iam not showing off here, just to let you know that now iam a better player because of NOR ).BTW, Genting put my name as TOP 668 players who will attend 14 cars draw ceremony on January 13!!! I went to join him in Genting Malaysia for 4 days and playing together with him was a really good experience! We shared tips and discussed on shoes played and made some improvements too. I won RM2400 too using NOR systems at the tables.What i wanna say is that the chips are real and i personally witnessed Core's winnings! From a nearly empty box to it being full was impressive! I do not need table selection again because my method doesnt need it and the beautiful thing, with just flat betting, i can produce profit daily.What i think is, 1234 or 345 is superb when i find superb bias table. But here, maybe from 20 shoes, only have 1 bias shoe. So lose 4 in a row here is a common thing. Dat means if i use 1234 i will lose 10 units. It is not easy to recover from -10. So i modified nor.I already have 3 people in my group, all from btc asia. As the modes changes too much, we tend to lose 123 and even the OTR bet. As long as there is a safer way of playing and producing profit, i don't see any harm in modifying NOR to suit individual playing style. You are playing to the conditions you find; Their particular presentation of the game. I know Genting profit levels are way ahead of professional expectations. They HAVE to be doing something different.All casinos measure profits as the % of buy in money they win. They call it drop retention. Genting is out of whack with other casinos. There are always plenty of BJ table around. The ZPB and NBJ are the richest blackjack text you could ever get your hands on. I really miss all the Blackjack too. It is getting to the point where is will be hard for Ellis to get around to play as much as we like and I am trying to get the BJ forum going so we can tap into his expertise ( I might also add mine as well. We were playing partners for years in AC). I would hope that many of you would pick up NBJ and ZPB I have them for $200 and the support forum is $5.00 a month. So there is no hand card prep procedure at Genting. I have never seen a machine card prep anywhere before so I have no idea of the effect. It would all depend on the design of the prep machine.At the table is it new cards every shoe? Or do they use the same cards over and over.?Do the players ever touch the cards?So what you are saying is that when you apply the third bet rule your initial OTR bet is wrong as often as it is right? Is that what you are saying?Have you tried staying in Mode 2 and playing a 12345 progression on your OTR bets as your manual suggests when the 3rd bet rule is not working?One of your bets must have a better than 50/50 hit rate or you would not be winning.I'm just trying to figure out the best way of playing Genting.
