Hi Glen , I think that when the o/r count is hovering between any 2 values with a spread of about 4 or less it is indicating that this part of the shoe is OTB4L.and if you glance at your scorecard in this section, you may see a lot of singles and 2 iars. The trick is to catch the 2 iar's early enough, something like 10's in blackjack. I am still working on it . Wendel.

HI Keith, I think I am a NOR legacy player having purchased NOR several months ago and purchased the recent Webinar. I cannot access the 4D forum . PS 1. Was this a 6deck shoe or a partial 8deck shoe ? 2 . I am playing OTB4l U1D2 3. This shoe didn't qualify for mode 1 on zz's until after play 26 so I played 21 B1 second otr from 17 -20 22 P1 23 B2 24 P3 25 P4 OTR 26 P2

Early in a shoe, particularly when I am still playing with my own money, I won't make the 3 bet and watch to see how it turns out, sacrificing 3 units . In this case the negative o/r indicates a mode 2 bet and i would have lost the whole shoe. In the casino where I play frequently a 5 iar follows a 4 iar and vice versa (lately at least), so I might not be confident switching modes at the next 4 iar and watch that one too. But, we are in your casino, so if your experience is the same as mine you might watch this one too. (how many of these can there be ?) or remain in mode 2 (the o/r count is still negative) or play this one in mode 1. In any case if we get by the 5 iar , I think we are justified in playing the remainder of the shoe in mode 1 for straight and zz runs for a modest win, since we have 2 4 or mores and no 3 iars for straight run and have lost 2 2 bets on zz runs. I would quit at play 40 with a + 10. As somebody mentioned earlier, this is easy on paper, but I have tried hard to remain honest in representing how I might play it.

How practical/possible would it be to save the shoe with something like SNAG IT ? If it turns out to be a good practise shoe we we could save it and replay it. If it doesn't suit our purpose just delete the copy , reclaim the disk space and try the next shoe.

Hi Keith & Reubel, Since I had a chance, I thought I would redo the scan, because the previous scan had clipped off a little bit of the card The scan came out a little smaller (403 kb vs 419 kb), so I thought I should try and upload 1 more time. Hi Keith , the file I am uploading (scorecard2.pdf) has a PDF extension, so I am not certain that these restrictions apply, its size is 419 kB. I will try to recreate the file with Paint the other 2 files in the upload area that should have been deleted occupy 395.3KB & 210.6 KB. = 605.9 KB Do you know why these 2 old files have not been deleted ?
