  1. Hello, Godsend- Couple of things... 1) Online casino Silver Oak does not get good reviews...may be should be called Slippery Devil? ( translated...means be very wary of viewing your online casino results as typical of those encountered in real casino conditions...unless, of course, you play from home with the air conditioning cranked up, the kids blaring their rock music, your windows are all boarded up, and your wife religiously practices her best CocktailWaitress fantasy with you while playing) 2) For three shoes, an awfully high % of 1's and 2's in relation to total # of events. Just an observation... Always difficult for me to comment on someone's play when I see the whole shoe before me, but a quick glance, it looked like a nice job on shoe 1 and 2, and wondering why shoe 3 did not have better results for you...BUT...THIS IS NOT UNCOMMON IN A REAL CASINO, so just take my comment as something to factor into your overall gaming strategy/ plan/ approach ( oh, and I forgot to mention to get one of your neighbors to stand around while you play and pretend he is the PitBoss, and make sure the Girlnextdoor walks past every 3-4 minutes dressed in a little black dress...) Good luck to you, and I think we have a lot of Tunica area players! ( including Ellis)
  2. Great example of TOO MUCH INFORMATION... Most any NOR derivative puts a beatdown on this shoe...especially when combined with a betting progression like U1D2M2.... But like WhiteSnake sang way back in 1987, and as applies to this shoe, " Is This Love, or Am I Dreaming?" , it is a bit unfair we all get a crack at this with 20/20 vision on the whole shoe...we cannot help but be influenced by the shoe pattern, when we see it beginning to end... Real time, play by play...S40, OTBL, F, Strong Side, SAP..on this shoe, it all looks EZ... Just remember, the toughest part is like Kenny Rogers said...( know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em)Deciding when to exit, no matter what combo Bet Placement + Bet Progression , up or down, stop-loss or stop-win, can be equally difficult Lots of opportunity to exit this shoe with a good win, including " don' t fight the tape" , which would have kept us in for the whole enchilada... Message is this...we cannot win them all, but we can/will/ do win lots more than we lose applying NOR +, coupled with an appropriate betting progression LEARN...and GET YOUR SHARE of the Casino's $$$
  3. The moral of the story is clear, and YES, I have had the same experience... DO NOT leave your retirement money out on the table where the wife can see it, as you will likely end up in one of two situations. Playing Baccarat on line. Playing Golf. There is of course one last scenario...that being the wife will decide there is just enough money to get her to somewhere far, far away...which will leave you plenty of time for BAC and Golf, to be enjoyed at your leisure... ( love those 1,2 shoes...)
  4. Hey, OZ Thought I would give you my perspective.... Somewhere I read where 80 consecutive hands dealt ( typical 8 deck shoe) would ultimately result in XXX millions of combinations ... Thus the saying, the same shoe has never been dealt twice... The backbone of how/why/when/if / and how much NOR/ NOR+ can help a Player make the right moves does N.O. T. Depend on casino cheating, card shuffle wash ( or not), pre-shuffled, Or any other predetermined/ purely random card order...rather, it equips a knowledgeable player with a " toolkit" to help them decide: 1) when to enter a game ( beginning, middle, end, not at all) 2) the appropriate stop loss/stop win amounts as per the game at hand/ resources of the Player 3) whether a negative progression is called for, and to what degree a player should be aggressive or not 4) the choice of another game, another table is called for In summary, NOR/ NOR+ in and of itself does no depend on " underhanded" tactics a casino may employ to increase its chances of winning...rather, it is up to the player to determine for his/hers self how best to deal with the circumstances at hand.... This is where good money management skills , coupled with a solid " bet placement - P/B - strategy" will result in the best possible outcome for the knowledgeable/ educated/ battle- tested player... If the Casinos stop cheating , will NOR still work??? Of course, it is the ultimate " compass" ...
  5. A lesson to be learned. Read through this entire thread, and decided it time to be put to the test. Since I am already a long time NOR member, decided instead of investing further In Seminars, manuals, etc. I would invest in a gold brick, as Chris suggested. Immediately returned home, and showed my wife what I had just purchased. She took it out of my hands, asked me why I would buy a gold brick when NOR has proven so successful to me, and promptly dropped it on my foot, turned around and stormed out of the room. Being married for 38 years, I discerned immediately what needed to happen. I want back to the Cash4Gold store, sold it back for a small loss, and immediately drove to the nearest Casino, where over the course of two days ,applying NOR principles and discipline, I doubled the amount I had originally invested in the Gold Bar. I returned home, proudly displayed me winnings to the wife, who seemed unimpressed to say the least. Moral of the story is this ( at least I think): Don't go buying a Gold Bar, when for far less a small investment in NOR and diligent application at the local Casino will almost assuredly produce a far greater ROI. And , for better or worse, There's no place like home. Best of luck to all!
  6. YES, I have seen and played with him at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. Even met Mom, Dad, and his brother as well....all of whom seem to be nice enough folks... His name is David Gunas, Jr. , and if you go to Mohegan often, you will see him there all the time...looks just like he did in the U-tubers... Before demonstrating his BAC prowess, he competed in Golf and came to be known as TheBarefootGolfer. Claims to have won 38 professional tournaments and achieved 12 holes-in-one in his lifetime ( google the odds on that!!) ImSpirit tried to " get inside" and get Dave to reveal his " system"... You can read Im's commentary, blog, and other various responses thereto...I'll let you draw your own conclusions... Dave' s methods have nothing to do with the up$10 bucks/down $ 10 bucks Utube videos...rather, they are based on an approach which uses multiple tracking systems to identify a " net bet"...anyone who thinks NOR is complicated would be best served by sticking to Sudoku or The Daily WordJumble published in most major newspapers every day. Just IMO. Or, since he is an accomplished Barefoot Golfer, perhaps try Bareback Riding before contemplating a visit with him. But hey, I think they even made a movie about that as well, didn't they?
  7. Lawrence- Fuggedaboutit... Met him and what you saw on the video IS NOT WHAT HE Is NOW TEACHING....not even close. This is the BTC NOR forum, right? ...you learn how to play NOR+ and you won't be need any other "angle" to approach the game... Good Luck!
  8. REASON #2) MOST PLAYERS THINK THE ATM MACHINE IN THE CASINO IS THEIR PLAYING PARTNER, AND GENERALLY THEY FORGET TO BRING A SHOVEL ALONG I have observed over and over ' undercapitalized' players coming into the game, hoping to " double their money" , or with some such abstract $$-win objective. If only they realized that without a good grasp of money management, and a bankroll size proportionate to their bet size, achievement of their goal is generally very elusive...especially if they do not have a good grasp of how to " read" the shoe at hand ( see reason #1 above) In our NOR manual, and throughout the discussion forums, their have been some very good, insightful discussions of Stop-Win and Stop-Loss objectives , as well as countless discussions of betting progressions. From time to time, I will take the opportunity to once again search out these topics and comb through the information being debated to establish realistic shoe/ session/ and even trip objectives before I enter the casino and begin play. Through many years of playing BAC ( and other casino games), to me, the two hardest things are: A) quitting when you are losing, and hoping that the chance of bankroll recoupement Is " right around the corner" quitting when you have achieved your win- objective, because you suddenly are overwhelmed by the revelation that you have finally " cracked the code" to unlocking the Casino's vaults... One thing I know for sure, many times I have observed a player win a goodly sum of $$, only to give it all back shortly thereafter. Sound familiar? And when I see a player lose their entire bankroll, I know that their first visit to the ATM will generally not be their last, and when all is said and done ,they likely have not brought along a big enough shovel to dig the hole they are creating for themselves...
  9. Hey, EVERYONE- Thought it was a good time to step back from NOR " mechanics" / how to implement this method of play to "squish the casino", and turn our thoughts to some very simple, timeless " truisms" about why people keep losing so much money, in such a simple game!!! I'll start with reason # 1, and hope all of you will chime in with your own frequently-observed reasons why most players go down in flames... REASON #1) MOST PEOPLE SIMPLY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IF YOU FLIP A COIN 10 TIMES, YOU ARE NOT USUALLY GOING TO GET A 5 HEADS/ 5 TAILS OUTCOME Can you blame them for thinking this? Of course not! Weren't we all taught this in about the 5th grade? Flip a coin over-and-over, and it will likely land on one side as often as the other side... And YES, this is true, the more times you flip a coin.... But, can we all agree that in a small # of coin-flips, if 100 of us stood side by side, we would get a great disparity of results flipping that coin 10 times each?? The first person might get this result: HHHHHTTTTT ( H=heads, T= Tails) The next Person in line might get this result: THTHHHTHHT ( same coin...) And the next person: TTTHTHTHTH And so on, and so on... The lesson learned is this....In a relatively small sample size ( like one BAC shoe being played in Mississippi, while another is played at the same time in Brisbane, and still another in Macau...) it is almost assured that the results will be very different!! So guess what, if each of those shoes were played the exact same way, with no regard for what is happening right before your eyes, think there would be more losers than winners?? OF COURSE THERE WOULD BE !!! So, reason #1 BAC is so profitable to the Casino is most people simply cannot get over their 5th grade " math lesson" ... Reason #2? #3? Please chime in with your thoughts...will help us all understand why NOR works...
  10. Oz- Here's an answer I think you will identify with...( and Sarrom, should help you as well...) If the first 20 hands are strong B favorable, and along comes a 4 in-a-row ( IAR) on the Player, this pretty much HAS2B an F- favorable shoe, at least to this point Earlier, OZ, you mentioned not completely keeping track of the Opposites/Repeats count...well, if after 20 hands, the shoe is " heavily B favorable", and then comes 4 P's...guess what, it is officially by all math standards a heavy "R" ( repeat) shoe, meaning it warrants playing as such...( unless it is something unusual like B1-12,11111111) I honestly think the concepts of F2 and F3 modes are the single most difficult thing to grasp about NOR....for me, an "R" shoe is easily played just staying OTR ( on the run) until it ends, even if you have to switch sides often...see Ellis' example 45464 below...( yes, it happens often enough to be looking out to exploit it, even if it only lasts for part of a shoe !!! Make sense? ( if no, just say so...no dumb questions here...) BUT, no matter what, keep an O/R count, my friends... And the lesson here? TRACK the O/R count!! It is one of the key components/ signals/indicators of how to apply NOR... Good luck to you both!
  11. Hey EVERYONE here on BTC- I just wanted to add to my post to OZ , but really wanted to reach out to all of you... I definitely understand the importance of table selection, and as Ellis advises, it really is " rule #1" before deciding to play and risk your bankroll. Believe me, if I do have a selection of tables, I will choose the one exhibiting the greatest bias... But I also want all of you , especially those of you who are just learning NOR, or do not have as much experience playing Bac to keep in mind a few things which will most definitely build your confidence in playing the game. 1) Once you truly/ really understand NOR, you will be disciplined enough to quickly make each bet selection. You will no longer " care about" what everyone else at the table is betting on, and you will NOT even need a tote board since the information on your scorecard will be far more valuable... 2) Of course you have all heard the expression " YOU CAN'T WIN THEM ALL"...well, in playing BAC, even armed with NOR and good money management skills, once you really have a feel for the game, you will quickly learn how to identify exploitable shoe biases...and when you find yourself playing a shoe without a bias, color-up and move on to another table. 3) Last, but perhaps most important, once you fully " buy-in" to the concept of " shoe bias" and recognize how to exploit the identifiable shoe patterns of the shoe you are playing, you will be sooooooooooo capable of making solid playing decisions that likely you will truly know how to turn NOR/NOR+ into a shoe win-rate of about 7-in-10, and your win-totals/player advantage % will really go up over where they might be currently... Plain-and-simple, if you are going to play Baccarat, understanding NOR/NOR+ gives you a "tool" that I equate to the GPS/Navigation system in my car...YES, sure I can still read a road map (tote board), but I'm a better/safer driver when I don't have to take my eyes off the road....
  12. Hey Oz- I often find myself in casinos where ther is only one Bac table, and nobody ( except me) is willing to give-it-a-go......and to take it to real playing conditions here in the states, most casinos WILL NOT deal hands unless someone is betting... Not sure how they handle this where you play, but generally, here in the USA, if only one person is playing, they let that person play BOTH sides ( bet on Player and Banker simultaneously)... Here is how I approach these types of situations 1) I place an equal bet on both P and B, every hand until I make up my mind which type of shoe I am in...worst case, let's say I play ten hands that way to " start" a shoe....after each hand, if P wins, they take my B bet, and pay me for P win...net result is no win/no lose....if, on the other hand B wins, they take my P bet, pay my B bet, and my " net loss" is simply the amount of commission on my B bet 2) Now lets say after awhile I have identified a shoe bias, and am ready to play NOR....along we go,me playing by myself, and let's just imagine we get to a point in the shoe where I am " unsure" what to do next....I simply revert to step 1 as above, and play both sides (P and until I am ready to resume playing confidently my NOR game Make sense? This way, I am able to play very, very fast....and all by myself, even without a tote board(!), since I just keep track of the game on my scorecard... I admit I have played this game for many years, and I admit for almost every player I have ever met, " playing alone" ( just me and the dealer) is usually very " scary" to most people! Not scary at all to me...in fact I prefer it over a crowded, slow - pace of play...after all, once the cards are in the shoe, so long as you have a competent dealer, the P/B results for the whole game are already predetermined by the shuffle, right? No amount of player influence will change the outcome of the game... So....in summary, even if for half of the shoe I end up having to " play both sides" so I can see the shoe bias, worst I can do is lose my 5% Banker commission on about 50% of the hands where I play both P and B...example, let's say in a very extreme example I play 40 hands out of 80 ( 8-deck shoe) this way, and since I play min bet both sides ( usually $25 min. here), say half are Banker result, that means my total commission lost will be $25 ( 5% x $25 x 20 Banker results).....which is only the same as losing a single bet ($25) after having played 1/2 the shoe! This is how I handle playing virtually ANY shoe, no matter what casino, day or night.... Hope this helps.
  13. In the last hour,I finally finished reading the 13 BJ newsletters you authored back in the mid-90's...today, at Carlos' suggestion I will order the BJ manuals. Even at 70%, Ellis, I am thinking you remain waaaaaaaaaaayyy smarter than a 5th grader ( at least one not armed with a smart phone and an Ipad! Heck, even the Bowmar Brain calculator got obsoleted...) Seriously am looking forward to the BJ manuals, as I can attest you have made me a much better Bac player and expect the same for Blackjack
  14. 12) You need help with #11 (?) , many of our members can explain... 13) OK, so on to the 3 kinds of DISPARITY THAT WILL OCCUR in every shoe you will ever, ever play... 14) DISPARITY #1 = how many Bankers/ how many Players result ( 1st hand of shoe is Banker, next two hands result in Player...so far, 1B, 2P...) 15) DISPARITY #2 = how many OPPOSITES/how many REPEATS? , for which in NOR you will record a "running tally" after each successive hand 16) DISPARITY #3 = what exactly is happening most often in THIS shoe...OTBL? or TBL? ( remember, this shoe is all that matters...) 17) Time to ask yourself, again ,before going forward...do you really, really, really ....and I mean REALLY !!understand #14/#15?#16 above?? If not there is no reason for me to go on.... And so I won't...because until you have a keen understading of all (1)- (17) above, NOR may/may not make some sense to you,but likely you will never, ever understand just why NOR/NOR+is the most powerful tool ever, ever, ever to have at your disposal to BeatTheCasino at this game... I wish you all the best! And if I can answer any of your questions, you know where to find me... But whatever you do, make sure you take advantage of being a PRIVATE MEMBER , so you can beat-the-casino@ BAC all over the world!! Good luck to ALL!
  15. 1973 movie starring Burt Reynolds...WHITE LIGHTNING Famous quote from that movie..."Just two things I'm scared of...women and the POLICE" Obvious to me last 3-4 days a lot of interest/comments about "yeah,but... in my Casino..." On the eve of the next great BAC seminar Vegas, let me see if i can give Ellis a little help as seems many new members/junior members wanting to know more about NOR+ 1) In the famous movie quote above, the word WOMEN represents nothing more than all the distractions we face everyday in our quest to beat the casino ( cocktail waitresses, music, loud noise, drunken patrons, pit bulls ( bosses), etc. etc. ) 2) The words THE POLICE,means nothing more than the casino...( they are THE POLICE) 3) So, we are faced with a situation where we have to "tune out/ignore" #1, and find a way to "stay-under-the-radar"/DEFEAT/ BEAT DOWN #2 4) I ( nor Ellis) cannot possibly help you with #1....if you can not shut off the distractions yourself, you will not win ( long term) this game 5) But, I can help you with #2...and i will NOT start by a dissertation on table selection, MoneyManagement strategies, NOR, NOR+, SAP, etc.........that is for Ellis 6) Still with me? Then #7... 7) Do you ( truly) understand all BTC "stuff" is about finding the greatest "current shoe" DISPARITY, and exploiting it? IF you can honestly say YES to the above, proceed to #8...if you cannot do this/do not understand or believe in this, STOP RIGHT NOW and send an email so we can get you on the right page, THE FIRST PAGE!!, to beating the casino in the game of Baccarat 8) Last Chance! There are no dumb questions, nothing you should be afraid to ask, before going on to #9! And please, do not advance to #9 unless you are truly ready.... 9) There is a reason there are so many questions about NOR/NOR+..unless you understand the "backbone" for NOR, the reason why it is the greatest chance to win @ Baccarat E.V.E.R.(!), then of course you cannot even hope to understand what N.O.R.is...!!!So if you ae confused, here is why.... 10) There is 1 simple fact, and there are 3 kinds of DISPARITY , ( defined as th difference between 50/50, "even chance" , and what is happening in he current shoe...) that you MUST totally understand beore you will "understand/comprehend " NOR/NOR+ 11) First,THE SIMPLE FACT...until you fully understand how often a 1-in-a-row ( 1 IAR), 2-in-a-row ( 2 IAR), etc. occurs over the "long haul" ( meaning playing many shoes..), then you do not understand what DISPARITY means as relates to this game
  16. So, yesterday my wife is looking for a "special" beer to take to her next book club, which will be to discuss the book GONE GIRL ( based loosely on a bar in Iowa) I " google" IOWA Beers, and I come up with Double Bastard... Immediately gets me to thinking about how we generally play/comment/critique shoes posted by members AFTER THE FACT ( once they have been played), but this is kinda like blaming the referee of a sports contest for a " bad call" after you have seen it 5 times on InstantReplay..nobody can convince me they can look at this whole shoe transcription, and NOT be biased! Such As...HOW WOULD YOU PLAY THIS SHOE? P1122333122 P623411111 B533351 P11122211141 ( end of shoe) Nothing Wrong with saying " how I would do this/ what I would have done, etc", and we need to continue to do this/interact over actual shoes...BUT, what if we could ( anyone wants to dial in) play shoes in " real time" mode, one hand at a time, just like they get played in your local gambling establishment Maybe we have a monthly GoToMeeting conference call set up where NOR members interested could dial in and see/hear how our resident experts Ellis/Steve would play hands one at a time, just like we do in the casino? Sure, everyone wants to go to VEGAS, but we have many players from all over the world, or here in the USA just cannot make it... Incorporate the latest NOR+ " tweaks" and able to answer member questions in " real time" for all to hear? Use real shoes played in real casinos from around-the-world? Get interaction from Singapore, Canda, Italy, etc. on the same conference call? Likely, the BTC membership sales would go through the roof!!! Anyone besides me interested in this? During such a session, we don't comment on shoes being a " bastard" at all, they are just real live, real world playing conditions...Not some " bastard" shoe we just have to throw in the towel on... Still ,use stop losses, still use betting progressions, still use exit points, but we play it just like we all face in the real casino environment... ( and if it matters to you, Keith has promised to wear a CocktailWaitress "dress up" outfit for the first session...just to make it REALLY, REALLY like the casino!..In future sessions, he will dress up/act like the PIT BOSS, or the DRUNK standing behind you at the table calling out " Player!!... Now Banker!" while you decide on your bet...) Anyone think they would benefit from this? Willing to pay a modest fee for the time/ trouble it would take to set up the calls? Just thinking..we want to be THE BEATTHECASINO forum, we could improve and membership sales would fall right in step...
  17. Hey, Danielsan: Couldn't agree more with you that the average Bac player these days has 20/20 vision on/into what the tote board is telling them! 12121212 22222222 21212121 132132132 yada, yada, yada ( on and on, and on, etc, etc) BUT: What about B11113611522231141411121711123 ( etc.)? NOW,what to do? do they have a bet progression to see them thru? do they have the bankroll? are their other/better tables available to play? Will they leave their comfort zone/friends to do so? etc, etc... AND THEN THIS PROBLEM: Average tote board only displays last 20 decisions Less than 50% of players record their results,so they rely on Tote Board Less than half of those have discipline to maintain stop-loss/stop-win goals ( means they mostly lose, or frequently dig into their purse for another $1000 when times get tough) And times are almost always tough! Less than 1/2 of those who have deep pockets or have "some" dicipline/can refrain from tie betting, or dragon/panda betting and.............almost nobody knows what to do when shoe turns from chop...to streak...to neutral...back to chop...and, oh, is 11111444442251413121 chop? or is it streak? or neutral? Remember...with toteboard, they can only see last 20 hands or so, maybe less... You are absolutely right they can interpret what is right in front of them, copy winning players, etc!! ( but then what happens when game becomes random again? What to do?) This BTC Forum is not focused on the 10% of the time even a NEWBIE can "follow the tote board"/ do what the other players are doing and stretch their $200 bankroll into $300, before they are down to $50, then $25, then $0 It is dedicated/focuses on those TOP 1% OF ALL WANT-2-BE-WINNING PLAYERS who would be seriously at RISK-OF-RUIN if they do not have a whole bag-full of weapons, a whole arsenal of intelligence, a whole "big -picture" way to evaluate when-to-get-in/when-to-get-out of a shoe....( and what to do next) And, lest I forget, YES, most everyone soon learns how many 1IAR, 2IAR, 3IAR etc make up the long term...all the while trying to figure out JUST WHAT IS THE LONG TERM?? BUT, very few play to capture /identify the biggest current/at hand/ever-changing disparity ( NOR, NOR+, SAP does this) ...mostly ,everything tells them to bet for the "averages" long term... ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Good post by you! We all need to be reminded of this every time we even think about playing! ( the tote board is not your friend)... IGNORE THIS FACT, AND ALL PLAYERS ARE GOING TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE CALL A "HARD LANDING" SOONER, RATHER THAN LATER... yes, we all get bruised every time we think otherwise... OUCH!
  18. Been reading lots of good things on our BTC Forum lately...likely this is the highest and best level of participation since I joined several years ago. Had an idea for Ellis and Keith to consider...maybe even involves one of our more Tech-savvy members who could help out... Virtually every Casino any of us frequent uses some version of the scorecard we all keep track of shoe results on...the size may vary, but basically the " standard" scorecard consists of a grid of boxes, and is almost always about 10 grid boxes " wide" by 40 grid boxes " long", when viewed in the vertical format. We have the NOR manual as an excellent reference tool, but kind of difficult to take that into a casino with you. Ellis/ Keith...Think of the standard Blacjack "basic strategy" card available in many casino gifts shops... What if we could put together a Scorecard-Look-Alike/ Sized PLAYBOOK ( call it whatever you want, just not a CHEAT SHEET!) right onto a standard scorecard ( grids and all) that would have " friendly" reminders of how used employ/ record S40, F2/F3, OTBL , NOR+, SAP counts, etc Could also have stop win/loss guidelines, applications for betting progressions like U1D1, U1D2M2, 123 4, etc. I am sure there are other things our NOR members would like to see on there as well... The main idea is to use the premise that it is preprinted on a standard "scorecard" format ( grids and all) Players could refer to it at the table, right before they play, or whenever...but the idea it is in the same format as we actually play the game in, as opposed to a bunch of words printed in a Notebook... Now I know this may be a controversial post, kind of like a coach " exposing" his play book to others... But ... Anyone who has played the game long enough knows that the concepts we employ here are virtually incomprehensible to 99% of all other players who lack the discipline to record their scores, do not have NOR training and whom simply refuse to believe that the game is beatable... My thinking is that it could be prepared with enough care as to NOT give anything away...in fact it could be written in " code" or just use circles and numerical values so that anyone to whom it has not been explained would simply regard it as gibberish/ just some other "useless system". Again, I understand the Why Not's to this, but believe it is within the realm of any student of BTC to do it on their own anyway...any if the object is to truly help one another, likely we would create a Casino Wonderland for all of the Alice's in our Private BTC forum. OK, back to the tables, everyone...
  19. Hey, Ed- Been playing for almost 20 years, and look at it this way: If one of your customers need their leaking roof fixed, and you told them it would be $600.00, they would likely first look at the weather report to determine when the next rainstorm would hit. They would quickly determine that $600 is far better than a FULL HOUSE ( full of water, that is) Meanwhile, your brother takes one of your work vehicles to the shop, and they tell him $600.00 for repairs, he likely would quickly ( albeit reluctantly) agree NO TRUCKEE, NO WORKEE and get the repair done. That's the value in learning to play properly with NOR...stop the bleeding today, by getting the proper medical care, or bleed a slow and painful death to your bankroll. I wish you all the luck in the world! kachatz1 PJRanger-- this goes for you too!
  20. Carlos-I have been waiting for this opportunity, albeit "sitting on my hands " for a while (translated = not a TRUE believer) Am I afraid to say this about myself? Embarresed?( YES) But, I am now more than ever , WORRIED FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT BELIEVE... I have played many thousandsof hands of BJ in my 58 years, and I am willing to admit I have lost more than I have won.... But it is time I truly " learn" a second game to play in the Casino.... Anyone can purchase a BASIC STRATEGY CARD...( go to the gift-shop in most casinos...it is a wallet-sized card, colors = green/red/yellow...almost like a credit card) ( OH, and YES,most casinos even let you bring it to the table,so you can refer to it whenever you need to ...) But: Like the tote board in Roulette Like the tote board in Baccarat Like just bettting on totals 6-and-8 ( or maybe also 5-and-9) in Craps BUT,.....Do You really,REALLY, ( REALLY!) think they would "display"/"advertise"/" give you " this information if they really thought it gave you a PLAYER ADVANTAGE?? ( N. O.T. !!!!!!!!!) ( Still don't believe me? I WILL GIVE YOU 3 GUESSES, THE FIRST TWO DO NOT COUNT...) no that is why we must pay close attention to our resident " doctors" Anyone here go to the Doctor to cure what ails them? My point...exactly... Our experts on this forum are our Casino Doctors....and theyare the best at what they do..
  21. For anyone does not believe our Forum hosts' could be so accomodating , I called Keith 2pm today and he picked up the phone while driving to Philly to play at the SugarHouse Folks, this is 4 real, our BTC Forum hosts Ellis and Keith are real people...they play the games all the time, and they only talk about what they know to be the truth... No sugar-coating reality, just the facts... Keith a few minutes from landing at SugarHouse, and he approved over-the-phone my app to join the BJ Forum for a year, for a single up-front payment of $60.00 ( YES, that's only $5.00/month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) This is "chump-change" in casino parlance...we all spend this much in gas-money, tips, B-commission, etc just for the privelege of playing a single casino trip ... I fully expect by the time I see Carlos in Vegas a few months from now, I will have made my $60 BJ investment back a minimum of 100x ( $6,000 net winnings!) That is why I will be buying his dinner in Vegas...because the advantage over basic -strategy he and Ellis will teach me is worth 100, 200, maybe 1000 times my $60.00 investment! ( Don't believe me? Wait a few days, and watch my posts! And their answers...) You, too, will be sending money to Keith by whatever means possible to get in on the BlackJack gold-mine I intend to create!
  22. This is why this Forum is so special... pretty soon, the WIZARD OF OZ AND tHE kING ARE GOING TO BE FAST FRIENDS...( AND PLAYING PARTNERS!)
  23. Hello, King Kong Assuming you live in Australia....love your forum " handle" ( stage name).... Ellis ( your Fay Wray) will have some easy answers to your post... If you have the NOR manual ( and I assume you do, since you are a registered NOR player), the answers to your questions are right in the manual...that's why it is so good... In the meantime, please, stay away from tall buildings...( they are your Baccarat nemesis...HA!) And if you ever want to trade houses for a week, Australia is on my " bucket list" , and you would feel right at home here in Destin, Florida! All the best... Best of luck to you!!
