  1. Hey, AV Great, Great effort and presentation here! Yes, I continue to use 5D in the form I wrote it up, but this offers an interesting twist on that. Most important to anyone wanting to give it a try is you can take that 5-7 seconds for recording the past shoe results to your scorecard TO THE BANK, giving you plenty of time to analyze " what to do next" - Bet Selection - Money management techniques ( flat - 1,2 loop - etc, etc.) - No bet at all ( conflicting indicators? Just not comfortable? Lost a few hands in a row and need-to-regroup your thoughts? Restroom-break?) all this, and can be done at casino speed if you want to work at it...AND IT WORKS...you decide your stop loss/stop win B4 the shoe starts ( and up to you to stick to it...) Its just a question of do you believe Baccarat is a game of chance? Or a game of Skill? Even in the face of a seemingly mind-boggling myriad of possibilities for sequence of events over an 80 hand shoe...8 decks...P/B...what's next???? it is a Science of Chance, and it is a Science of Skill ( F*** the ArtPart) It can, and is being WON at casino speed. thanks, AV for posting this... Kevin
  2. Met up with McVince last week, and we just talked about the game, latest strategies, etc...THEN we played a bit... Two days later, called CT70 to " catch up" on what he is doing out in SoCal...again, just talk, but always amazed what I learn from such exchanges... Same yesterday with W2F and Steve here in Las Vegas...Talk, strategy, what's-up-doc?...THEN PLAYED unfriggingbelievable what you can learn from others. THEN PLAY. very fortunate to live here in LV and get to catch up with players of this caliber... But honestly, without BTC... NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. read, explore, practice, practice, practice...make your own sense out of the experiences of others, and adapt to a style of play for which you have KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE + BANKROLL ( write it all out) THEN, and only then, PLAY (there is so much on this forum, if you are just willing to conduct your own " baccarat archeological dig")...It IS ALL RIGHT HERE!!!! PS. I have played successfully/profitably pretty much the same way last five years, but I " tweak it" regularly to factor-in the best concepts I can find... once you settle on an approach, and find out if it works for you WHERE YOU LIVE/WHERE YOU PLAY, you'll know what I mean or call me 850-687-3128 and I'll do my best to help you...and if I don't answer...leave me a message! Kevin PSS Keith and Mike...KeepItUp!
  3. Hey, Brendan. i live in Las Vegas...likely less than 15 miles away from you best time of day to meet?
  4. Didn't start consistently Earning, until consistently Learning LEARNING from BTC..
  5. Looking back over a few ( hundred) recently played cards, this thought came to mind: " Why Not Just Net-Bet The Frequency Of Events" ? I know... Table-Shuffled vs. Factory Pre-Shuffled cards ( just what is " normal ", anymore ??) " the problems with Net Betting" ( digging a whole deeper than you can crawl out of...) Why do this? and...How? its not NOR, it's not MDB. And what of " net betting" in general? A few things I do know. 1) Maybe this is a worthwhile endeavor. Maybe Not. ----- But now we have computer loaded shoes, could it be " tested" against those? 2) If you genuinely believe the Auto Shuffler can put the cards in any order it's programmed for, does it really matter table-shuffled ( normal boxed-card order, 8 decks) vs. factory-preshuffled? 3) How to overcome the runs? ( And I am not talking about Pepto Bismol...) ----- Perhaps there has to be some " rule" or " guideline" established to eliminate the risk-of-ruin for sequential long runs on one side (P/B), when the other side is " acting normal" ...or maybe not? 4) Why do this? ----- well, if you really believe you are still " overall" being dealt a sequence of fair games, where the normal " frequency of events" still exists ( 1IAR =50%, 2 IAR = 25%, 3 IAR = 12.5%, etc over a long series of events...), A.N.D. You Really Believe " Net Betting" Is An Answer, why not? 5) As to "TheHow", Wondering what you think... Might be be too much trouble. Might be too much work " keeping track" Might be no better than everything else we have at our disposal to make sure we consistently BTC... Just a thought...( sorry haven't posted much lately...too busy winning with 5D, and everything else I've learned here!!) Hope you are all doing FANTASTIC! 2016 The Year of The Monkey...( how often have you asked for that????) Kevin
  6. JohnnyCS- The normal ebb-and -flow of the game (wins and losses) has always presented me with the greatest obstacle. NOT for lack of understanding the 5th grade level math of the game. NOT for mis-application of " systems" ,whether back in the day...or in the present.. ( frankly, it's still B/P, O/R....) NOT because of hand-shuffled cards VS. pre-shuffled cards. No, the biggest roadblock I have ever observed in playing, and watching others play, has always seemed to be the size of one's bankroll, and how to deploy it, monitor it, and protect it.. And I don't care how big your UNIT is . ( nothing personal, mind you...) Whether you've got got one table, or 50 to choose from...and whatever bet amount " best suits you" ( $10 or $10,000), the strategy one uses for " bankroll management" is Wayyyyyyyyyyy more important than the strategy one uses to determine whether to bet Banker or Player... YES, I just said wayyyyyyyyyyy more important! So enuff about LCNB vs. AD1 vs.MDB or even The Twist, or whatever... IMHO ,Brad is correct. A player can make any " betting strategy system" work, no matter the casino conditions. But BANKROLL MANAGEMENT???? Methinks we need to explore this further....
  7. Mike- CONGRATULATIONS ! to you and Keith for getting this done! I have several hundred shoes last 90 days I can easily report BP format like B12321232233 etc., but do not have the time to load them myself... Can you help? Thinking many members want a " shortcut" to same... Again, thanks for you guys getting it together... ( or is it " youse guys") ? Seen a few of those movies... Kevin
  8. This is like a gold mine ... It's so good, that: You cannot ignore, if you are a real casino-phile I made that word up You need a break from Baccarat ( really, it is THAT GOOD)
  9. Peeps seem to have trouble finding "links" Hoping you can "reprint", as this is too good to miss...
  10. Am always intrigued when I read some of the roulette threads...so much info, so little time... Almost every casino has more roulette tables than BAC tables...hmmmn....must be a lot more players! Good luck to you!
  11. Definitely use Clumping against hand-shuffled Double Deck games, especially where cards have been " in circulation" for. awhile... Double deck and even single deck move very fast, so lots of casinos hand-shuffle...
  12. Wishing Keith would open up the Blackjack discussion about "CLUMPING" DoubleDeck, hand shuffled, especially. Worth a lot of $$ to any of you first baseman out there. No kidding. It's Moneyball. As in $$$$$. ( just sayin' .. )
  13. Hey, Mod Not here to sell anything...MDB is based on a simple principle. Baccarat is a 50/50 game .. All the math is discussed in countless books, other forums, baccarat websites, etc. The concept is simple...If something that will eventually make the " math come true" hasn't happened in a while, it is bound to happen soon. 50/50. Regression to the mean. That said, you should also read up on a concept called "GAMBLER's FALLACY" Then make your decision to learn about MDB. Or not.
  14. Daylight savings time here in the USA, so time is right to discuss " new age Baccarat" . Spring Forward, or Fall Back? It's just a matter of time until it comes to a casino near you... I used to call it Stadium Baccarat. The Palazzo here in Las Vegas calls it Imperial Baccarat. And it's naturally going to spread to a whole bunch more casinos....first the BIG ones, then maybe the only one near you... Just like it has with Craps. Just like it has with Blackjack. Just like it has with Roulette. Pretty much a " video game" , or " slot machine" for Baccarat... Right now, they use " live dealers" here in Vegas. 2 real Dealers, each " dealing" 2 decks. And no limit to how many people can play...because the only limit is how many Kiosks the casino wants to install for Players... Does anyone really think that large, Brick-and-Mortar casinos will forever let all that money currently expended in " online casinos" leak out of their pockets? Or that " target marketing" to 20's and 30's year olds , who grew up playing Video Games, is not on its way? Hmmmmn. With " live dealers" inside the casino...ones we can watch...no problem, methinks. In fact, at The Palazzo you can currently play 4 Bac shoes simultaneously. ( If you can keep 4 shoes " straight" in your head, or even 2 or 3...) Likely this all could expand Baccarat revenues, and Casino profits from same...maybe so much even more Bac tables are opened... Or, could result in fewer " face-to-face" tables open...maybe, close a few down, and soon " live dealers" replaced by holograms, or just FX imagery of a person... For now? Keep your NOR seat belt fastened, and " Buckle Up" with MDB. If you don't know both methodologies, you are being left out in the cold big-time...likely losing far more $$ than they cost... And please, don't shoot The Messenger!
  15. Hey, BTC Players Had occasion to meet up with McVince today here in Vegas... Great guy, pretty much what everyone I have met in person , who is a member of BTC, turns out to be... Extremely knowledgeable, and confident in his approach to WINNING the game. I always enjoy these meet-ups, because each and every time I learn something which will help me improve my game as well. No matter where you play, or how often, I highly recommend you take advantage of one-on-one meetings, playing together, exchange of ideas, etc. that you get from face-to-face meetings versus just the banter on the forum... Even if you have to go out of your way, drive somewhere out of the area, attend a seminar, teleconference , or ?? .... take advantage of this tremendous resource the forum offers you... You'll get back 10x whatever inconvenience it may take!!!
  16. Hey, Brad Read through this thread but not sure I'm getting it... Can you post an entire shoe, then go back and underneath " show exactly" what you mean/where you made your bets/what won/what lost? Here's a shoe from Red Rock Casino here in Vegas yesterday... From the Beginning of shoe: P12311312441221112132122211131121215342 How would somebody set their card up to have played this beginning to end? Thanks and keep it up!
  17. Parrot Heads Meet Up group and fundraiser here in Vegas 10/16, so will root for the good guys on the 17th ( like Ohio State, Duke, Colorado, etc...) THOSE GOOD GUYS...Ha! Urge whoever can to attend the Casino beat-down in the swamp ...you won't regret it! Kevin
  18. Most def Designer Shoe, or Designer question. Lots of shoes like this these days, so really hard to even break it down, as candidly playing in real tiime, at Casino Speed is not like playing Fantasy Football after-the-game-is -over quarterback... Why not? Because even in FF, they still report their score...
  19. Now you see why an Ark can come in handy @ times... Always too EZ to play a shoe" after the fact", and you could play it any one of many ways since you have the info... The more important question is, now having the full shoe in front of you, what COULD you have done ? Examples: - leave the shoe early - Play original MDB rules, before W2F adjustment ( takes patience and recognition, to know when to play...) - SAP showing strong 3/4+ vs.1/2 counts - Player " took off" versus Bank count mid shoe Etc. etc. Most def a tough shoe...and when you see one like this, what are you supposed to do? ( you know the answer) Again, EZ for me to second-guess...I would have struggled with this shoe 5D ( 4D + MDB) as well, and this is how I play every time... But you have to be willing to walk away if you are struggling!!!!
  20. Reubel ( Robert) gave us a dice lesson @ dealer school Saturday...might want to PM him and see what he has to say?
  21. :cool:I would have not believed it if I had not tried it myself... Used green Duck tape, so as not to be so conspicuous. Up almost $10 large before a piece on my sleeve became disengaged, and fell to the table with 4 chips. This is where the luck-of-the-duck kicked in, because black chip rolled and landed squarely on 00 before dealer called out "no more bets"...guess where the ball landed... Unfortunately, when I leaned over to collect my winnings, another piece of tape caught on to a matronly patron's cocktail dress ...she was standing right along side of me... Ripped pretty-much the whole top off... Security cited me for aiding-and-a'bettin on "indecent exposure", and I had to exit under Nevada gaming commission rule 141A(1b), which unbeknownst to me, clearly states that: " a Player may not knowingly, or even unwittingly, expose to other Players all or parts of distractive objects which might negatively influence the outcome of their subsequent play" Oh well...still a good session... Am thinking I'll go back when the table is not so crowded...
  22. Up Good to hear " round 2" just as good as Saturday night " round 1"... BTW, got to give Keith a lot of credit for making the seminar " price-less"... Thinking this is the START OF SOMETHING BIG for real serious participants wanting to get into this game...and Pompano " I'll eat anything " Mikey traveling all the way from Florida, and working to help us blow the lid off our PA % Play after the seminar @ Gold Coast stands out as a shining example of why/ how/when/where 2/3/4 heads are better-than-1. (Usually..HA!) Nice to meet and play with you guys... Sorry had to leave early Saturday night, but not too long later, Sunday @ 8 am I was launching the boat on Lake Mojave 70 miles away from the strip...hot! 106 degrees, but the water sure felt nice...😎 Anyone comes to Las Vegas, look me up... Kevin
  23. A big shout out to Brad for being perhaps the greatest cheerleader for the forum over the last several months Certainly would have been a long plane ride to attend today's seminar and having gone to China and Thailand and Korea collectively over 50 times the last 25 years of my business life I 100% totally get it And as much as his enthusiasm, commentary, and willingness to "put it out there" have been appreciated by many these last several months, I think today he would have had the equivalent of a Baccarat orgasm... (did he just say that?) Yup. I did. Brad, it really was that good and I felt compelled to reach out to you of all members because of your tireless support and sharing of ideas and concepts Wait until you hear what is on the horizon for BTC… I'll leave that to Keith to share, but again you deserve a big "shout out" from the people at the seminar because you have really helped carry the load these last several months, and your willingness to keep the fire burning is much appreciated... Met a lot of forum members today and as always that is really the best part of being involved in this… Someday, I want to meet you...
  24. Best tips I can give you are as follows, and this comes from many years of doing things wrong Before I finally learned ... 1)make sure you break down your bank roll into smaller increments… Example if your bankroll is $1000 , break it down into $200 increments...play the first $200, and depending on how you feel, how it goes, decide if the next $200 increment is " warranted" to play... 2)only bring the absolute maximum to the casino that you would be willing to lose and still have had a good evening and sleep that night… This means no credit cards, no ATM cards, no "mad money" hidden in your shoe, wallet, purse, etc. 3) you simply must be prepared to accept small losses in exchange for larger wins and winning more shoes than you lose.. The entire purpose of this forum is to make you a bigger winner then loser… As you become more experienced and you apply the principles and concepts taught herein, this will become very obvious And 4) no matter what, treat this game as a business and just as you would in the "business world" you simply have to realize that your best course of action is to treat dealers, other players, etc. with respect and control your emotions… The longer you play, the better you will understand this Good luck and while I realize losing is never easy, the sooner you come to grips with a way to control your losses and your emotions over same ,the better Baccarat player you will be... Always remember the casino is pretty much open 24–7 so the sun will come up tomorrow ... Believe me, if you apply yourself towards becoming a WINNER, you will...
